On March 20 and 21, Hubsoft made its presence felt at iBusiness 2025 in Foz do Iguaçu, bringing technological solutions to improve internet service provider (ISP) management and boost their competitiveness in the market. During the event, we had the opportunity to exchange ideas about key features of our system, such as two-factor authentication, which strengthens the security and integrity of operations, and our open API, which offers the flexibility to integrate quickly and seamlessly with other platforms.

The Centralized Support Dashboard was also a major highlight of the conversations. With it, providers can manage crucial information in real time, such as usage, connection status, and invoices, bringing greater efficiency to their daily operations. We also cannot overlook the Technician on the Way feature, which enables more transparent communication with customers by allowing them to track the technician’s journey to the service location, creating a more interactive and reliable experience.

Amid these discussions, we also talked about how our system is fully aligned with NFCom, simplifying adaptation to the new tax regulations without disrupting business continuity and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

At iBusiness 2025, we had the opportunity to strengthen relationships with our customers and partners, as well as gain valuable insights into the industry’s challenges.
