It operates commercial, investment, credit and financing, real estate credit, and foreign exchange portfolios. For an internet service provider (ISP) with an ABC account, Hubsoft can manage the collection portfolio through files or API. ## What the integration does * **CNAB 240 remittance and return:** Hubsoft generates the remittance file to register bank slips and processes the return with payments. * **Banking API:** Hubsoft sends registration, due date changes, cancellation or payment cancellations, and amount discounts to the bank without generating a remittance file. Payment returns are read by the bank slip verification routine in the API. * **Registration within 5 minutes:** through the API, the bank slip is registered within 5 minutes after it is generated. For large billings, transmission is performed in batches and may take longer. * **Hybrid bank slip:** each registered bank slip receives a Pix QR Code. Barcode payments are read by the verification routine; Pix payments arrive via webhook. * **Collection delivery:** email, SMS and messaging apps, notification in the Customer App, and phone calls. ## What you need * An account with Banco ABC Brasil and a collection agreement. The agreement, branch, account, portfolio, and modality are provided by the account manager. * For the API: integration credentials provided by Banco ABC. * Hubsoft Financial Module, included in the license. ## How to activate 1. Ask your account manager for the agreement details. 2. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Finance > Collection Method, click Add, and choose bank 246 - ABC - Brasil S/A. 3. Complete the Configuration tab and save. 4. Certify CNAB 240: generate three test bank slips, send the remittance, make the payments, and process the return. 5. For the API, edit the collection method and, in the API tab, enable transmission and the cancellation, due date change, and amount discount keys. 6. Enter the bank credentials under Extra Parameters. 7. For the hybrid bank slip, add the Pix parameter, copy the webhook URL from the API tab, and send it to the bank. The step-by-step guide with screenshots is on the [Banco ABC page in the Hubsoft wiki](https://wiki.hubsoft.com.br/pt-br/modulos/configuracao/financeiro/forma%5Fcobranca/boleto/abc). ## Limitations * CNAB 400 is not available for Banco ABC in Hubsoft. * For hybrid bank slips, recording Pix payments as canceled depends on the webhook registered with the bank. * If the days before due date field is left blank, Hubsoft transmits all pending bank slips through the API. ## Frequently asked questions ### Customers can pay canceled invoices. How can we prevent this? Enable the option to cancel titles in the Configuration tab of the collection method. Hubsoft will then send the cancellation and payment information to the bank, and the bank slip will no longer accept payment. ### With the API, do I still need to process the return file? No. The return is handled by the bank slip verification routine in the API, and Pix payments from hybrid bank slips arrive via webhook. ### Can I edit the collection method I already use? The wiki recommends creating a new collection method for each certification to avoid affecting the current configuration.
