The bank registers each bank slip through its API within 5 minutes or via a CNAB remittance file, and the return file settles paid invoices. It serves individuals and businesses with accounts, credit, and banking services. For an ISP with a Banese account, the bank’s collection portfolio can be used directly in Hubsoft. ## What the integration does * **API registration:** Hubsoft transmits each bank slip to Banese through the API, with no remittance file. Registration takes place within 5 minutes after issuance. For large billings or payment booklets, files are sent in batches and may take longer. * **CNAB remittance and return:** Hubsoft generates the remittance file to register bank slips and processes the return file with the day’s payments. * **Settlement through the return file:** payments arrive in the CNAB return file, which settles the invoices. * **Collection delivery:** email, SMS, and messaging apps, notification in the Customer App, and phone calls. ## What you need * A Banese account with a collection agreement. The agreement (also called the customer or payee code), branch, account, portfolio, and Edi7 field are provided by the account manager. * For the API: activation of the Boleto Ecommerce (e-commerce) method in the portfolio under the same active agreement. The bank requests your system’s access link and provides the credentials. * Hubsoft Financial Module, included in the license. ## How to activate 1. Ask your account manager for the agreement details. 2. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Financial > Collection Method, click Add, and select bank 047 - Estado de Sergipe S/A. 3. Fill in the Settings tab with the agreement details, interest, late fee, and instructions. 4. Complete certification: generate test bank slips, send the remittance file, make a payment, and process the return file. 5. Ask the bank to activate Ecommerce and provide the API credentials. 6. Edit the collection method, enable the API, and enter the credentials under Extra Parameters. 7. Issue a bank slip and check whether it was registered within 5 minutes. Settlements and payment clearing continue through remittance and return files. * If the field for the number of days before the due date is left blank, Hubsoft transmits all pending bank slips through the API. ## Frequently asked questions ### Why wasn’t a bank slip registered through the API? Errors are usually specific to customer data or communication with the bank. Hubsoft Support analyzes each case. ### Do I need to change agreements to use the API? No. The Ecommerce method must be activated under the same agreement that is already active. ### Can I edit the collection method I already use? The wiki recommends creating a new collection method for each certification.
