Each invoice gets a QR Code and PIX copy-and-paste code, and payment is posted in Hubsoft without manual reconciliation. According to its official website, it operates in every municipality in Espírito Santo. In practice, companies with an account and agreement at Banestes are usually based in Espírito Santo. ## What the integration does * **Bank slips via CNAB 240 and 400:** Hubsoft generates the file to register bank slips and processes the return file with payments. * **PIX on invoices:** QR Code and copy-and-paste code on the bank slip, in the Subscriber Portal, and in the Customer App. * **PIX valid through the due date:** the PIX is valid until 11:59 p.m. on the due date. After that, Hubsoft generates a new PIX each day, with updated interest and penalties. * **Automated routines:** registration, paid PIX queries, and cancellation. Hubsoft checks for new payments every 8 minutes. * **Cash posting:** the internet service provider (ISP) chooses whether PIX payments enter the financial cash register every day or only on business days. ## What you need * A Banestes account with a collection agreement, using the details provided by the account manager. * For PIX: a production application in the Banestes developer portal and a PIX key, preferably a random one. * A self-signed certificate generated in Hubsoft and approved by Banestes. * Hubsoft Financial Module, included in the license. ## How to activate 1. Create the collection method in Configuração > Financeiro > Forma de Cobrança, using bank 021 - Banestes, and certify it with test bank slips, remittance, and return files. 2. In the Banestes developer portal, register the production PIX application. 3. In Hubsoft, under Configuração > Geral > Certificado Digital, generate the Banestes certificate with the company and account details. 4. Submit the certificate request through the Banestes portal and wait for the signed certificate, which will arrive by email to the person in charge. 5. In Configuração > Integrações > PIX, register Banestes with the credentials, PIX key, certificate, and financial cash register. Test it under Ações > Testar. 6. Link the PIX integration to the collection method. At this point, Hubsoft transmits the PIX for all open bank slips. The PIX is generated separately from the bank slip. * Banestes responds to certificate requests within 7 business days. * Bank slips are not registered via API: remittance and return are files exchanged with the bank. ## Frequently asked questions ### How long does it take for a paid PIX to be posted? Hubsoft checks paid PIX transactions every 8 minutes. An invoice paid by QR Code or copy-and-paste is settled within that timeframe. ### The PIX did not appear on the customer's invoice. What should I check? Open the customer's invoice under Ações > Visualizar and check the PIX transmission tab. If there is an error and the cause is unclear, Hubsoft support can help. ### Customers are paying canceled invoices. Why? A cancellation made in Hubsoft must be included in the remittance sent to the bank. Also check whether the collection method allows the posting cancellation to be sent.
