The bank registers each bank slip through its API within 5 minutes or via a CNAB file, and the return file settles paid invoices. It serves individuals and businesses with accounts, credit, and banking services. For an ISP with a BRB account, the bank’s collection portfolio can be used directly in Hubsoft. ## What the integration does * **API registration:** Hubsoft transmits each bank slip to BRB through the API, with no remittance file. Registration takes place within 5 minutes after issuance. For large billings or payment books, transmission is sent in batches and may take longer. * **CNAB remittance and return:** Hubsoft generates the remittance file to register bank slips and processes the return file with the day’s payments. * **Settlement through the return file:** payments arrive in the CNAB return file, which settles the invoices. * **Collection delivery:** email, SMS, and messaging apps, notifications in the Customer App, and phone calls through Hubsoft routines. ## What you need * A BRB account with a collection agreement. Your manager provides the agreement number, branch, account, portfolio, and modality. * For the API: enable the electronic commerce (Ecommerce) functionality for automatic bank slip registration under the same agreement. The bank requests your system’s access link and provides the API credentials. * Hubsoft Financial Module, included in the license. ## How to activate 1. Ask your BRB manager for the agreement details. 2. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Finance > Collection Method, click Add, and select bank 070 - BRB - Banco de Brasília S.A. 3. Complete the Configuration tab with the agreement details, interest, late fee, and instructions. 4. Complete certification: generate test bank slips, send the remittance file, make a payment, and process the return file. 5. After certification is complete, ask the bank to enable Ecommerce and provide the credentials. 6. Edit the collection method, enable transmission in the API tab, and enter the credentials under Extra Parameters. 7. Issue a bank slip and check whether it was registered within 5 minutes. Cancellation of canceled bank slips and settlement continue through remittance and return files. * If the days-before-due-date field is left blank, Hubsoft transmits all pending bank slips through the API. Set a deadline to avoid cancellation costs. ## Frequently asked questions ### I manually canceled the bank slip, and the customer was still able to pay. Why? Hubsoft does not automatically send the cancellation to BRB. The cancellation must be included in the remittance file. If the remittance was sent and the payment still went through, confirm with the bank. ### The subscriber says the bank slip is not registered. What should I check? If registration was done through remittance, check whether the file was processed by the bank. If it was done through the API, contact Hubsoft support to analyze the transmission. ### Do I need to complete CNAB certification before using the API? The wiki recommends fully completing certification before enabling transmission through the API.
