# Hubsoft integration with Calliope

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Calliope to trigger billing calls to PBX extensions and call the subscriber with one click, without manually dialing the number.

Calliope is UC2B's modular PBX, available in the cloud or installed on-site. With Hubsoft, billing calls go to Calliope extensions, and agents use Click to Call in the customer's record.

## About Calliope

Calliope is UC2B's PBX system. It is modular and adaptable, with cloud-based or on-premises options. It works as a private telephone system: users share lines to make calls and communicate through extensions.

## What the integration does

* Triggers billing calls based on billing method rules: after the invoice is generated, before the due date, after the due date, or after payment.
* Sends each call to an extension registered as a dialing option in Hubsoft. Each extension can be active or inactive.
* Follows the integration's time window, with a start time and a cutoff time for calls.
* Schedules calls for a customer group filtered in the Customer Services report.
* **Click to Call:** the agent clicks the button in the customer's record, Hubsoft calls the subscriber, and redirects the call to the agent's extension. The phone number and extension are prefilled; the agent only needs to select the PBX integration.

## What you need

* A Calliope PBX subscription with UC2B.
* The server address, authentication token, and company identifier. Obtain this information from Calliope Support.
* The extensions that will receive calls, already created in Calliope.
* For Click to Call, each agent's extension registered in their Hubsoft user account.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > PBX and click Add.
2. Select the Calliope gateway, enter the description, and provide the server address, token, company identifier, and call start and end times.
3. In the integration, go to Actions > Dialing > Add and enter the description, extension number, and whether it is active.
4. Go to Settings > Finance > Billing Method, edit the billing method, and on the Calls tab, add the rules with the integration, dialing option, and days for sending.
5. Go to Settings > General > Routines and add the Send / Trigger Phone Calls routine with the days and time.
6. For Click to Call, register each user's extension in the user parameters.

## Limitations

* The integration sends calls only through a dialing option with an extension. Hubsoft does not send audio.

## Frequently asked questions

### Where can I get the token and company identifier?

From Calliope Support. Hubsoft uses this information to authenticate with the PBX API.

### Does a customer with a canceled service receive a billing call?

By default, no. Hubsoft does not call canceled or inactive services, but the billing method lets you choose the service statuses that receive calls.

### Can I use Calliope and another PBX at the same time?

Yes. Hubsoft supports multiple PBX integrations, each with its own parameters.
