# Hubsoft integration with Connect Serasa

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Connect, an authorized Serasa Experian distributor, for credit checks and reporting negative records. The provider checks a CPF or CNPJ and adds or removes a negative record without leaving Hubsoft.

Connect is an authorized Serasa Experian distributor. In Hubsoft, the provider checks credit with Serasa through Connect and adds or removes Pefin negative records based on outstanding invoices.

## About Connect

Connect is an authorized Serasa Experian distributor. It offers CPF and CNPJ checks, reporting debtors to the Serasa database, CNPJ monitoring, and digital certificates. In the integration, Connect acts as the bridge: Hubsoft communicates with Connect, and Connect communicates with Serasa.

## What the integration does

* **Credit check:** through the credit check shortcut or the customer record, the user selects the integration and product, then checks the CPF or CNPJ.
* **Check products:** Negative Indicators for individuals and businesses, and Crednet Pefin, which combines financial debts, registration data, and protests.
* **Platform response:** the check appears in Hubsoft in the format returned by the platform itself and can be exported as a PDF.
* **Adding and removing negative records:** through the Pefin Inclusion and Pefin Exclusion products, with the reason for adding or removing the record.
* **Tracking the inclusion:** Connect forwards the data to Serasa, and Hubsoft later checks whether the inclusion was accepted.
* **Automatic removal:** when the customer pays an invoice linked to the negative record, Hubsoft removes the record and sends the removal to Connect.

## What you need

* A contract with Connect. Connect's website has a contact page for Hubsoft customers.
* The credentials provided by Connect: login, check password, and the Pefin API username and password.

## How to activate

1. Request the check and Pefin credentials from Connect.
2. In Hubsoft, under Settings > Integrations > Credit Protection, click Add and select Serasa (Connect).
3. Enter the description and credentials, then save.
4. Sync the products under Actions > Products > Sync.
5. Run a test check using the credit check shortcut.

## Limitations

* The check can only be exported as a PDF because the response is already formatted by the platform.
* The inclusion is not immediate: it depends on Serasa's response to Connect.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does Hubsoft report customers automatically?

No. The user reports negative records, one customer at a time or in bulk, but always through a manual action.

### How do I remove a negative record?

In the customer record, under the Negative Records tab, select Actions > Delete. The removal is sent to Connect.

### The customer paid. Is the negative record removed?

Yes. Hubsoft identifies the paid invoice, removes the negative record, and sends the removal to the platform.
