It offers digital accounts, bank slip (boleto) and payment booklet issuance, Pix, and card payments, all through an API. For the internet service provider (ISP), it works like a billing bank without branches: the account is opened online, and integration credentials are obtained directly from the dashboard. ## What the integration does The integration uses Efí's Billing and Pix APIs. Once configured, these processes happen automatically: * The bank slip (boleto) and payment booklet are registered when the invoice is generated, with cancellation and due date changes handled by Hubsoft. * QR Code and Pix "copy and paste" code on the bank slip (boleto), in the Subscriber Portal, and in the Customer App. * Hybrid bank slip (boleto) (Bolix): bank slip (boleto) and Pix in the same charge, with a single registration. * Pix Automatic: the subscriber authorizes it once at their bank, and subsequent monthly payments are debited on the agreed date at any Brazilian bank. * Credit card payments through the Subscriber Portal and the app, with an immediate response. * Automatic invoice settlement: Efí notifies Hubsoft of the payment, and Hubsoft also checks paid Pix transactions every 8 minutes. * Pix Split: the charge can be divided among up to 20 accounts, by percentage or fixed amount, directly through the integration. ## What you need * Efí business account. * An application created in the Efí dashboard with the Billing API and Pix API enabled (Client ID and Client Secret). * Digital certificate generated in the Efí dashboard; Hubsoft support converts the file to the format used by Hubsoft. * A Pix key registered to the Efí account, preferably a random key. * Hubsoft Finance Module, included in the license. ## How to activate it 1. In the Efí dashboard, under API, create a new application, enable the Pix API and Billing API, and copy the production Client ID and Client Secret. 2. Still in Efí, under API > My Certificates, generate a certificate and download the file. 3. In the Efí app, register or copy the account's Pix key. 4. In Hubsoft, under Configuration > Integrations > Payment, add Efí with the credentials for bank slips (boletos) and payment booklets. 5. Under Configuration > Integrations > PIX, add Efí with the credentials, certificate, and Pix key. The default option is billing with a due date; Pix Automatic is activated in the same registration. 6. Use Actions > Test integration to validate the credentials before associating the collection account with plans or customers. To offer a prompt-payment discount, use conventional Pix or a bank slip (boleto). * Card payments are per invoice, not recurring: Efí does not store the card to charge the following month. For recurring payments, use Pix Automatic. * Card payments do not have a test environment in Efí; testing is performed with a real, low-value charge. ## Efí and Hubsoft Partnership Efí is a Hubsoft partner and offers special terms to those who open an account using the partnership coupon. Efí notifies Hubsoft when the bank slip (boleto) or Pix is paid, and the invoice is settled without intervention. Pix transactions are also checked every 8 minutes, so settlement may take up to that long to appear. ### Can I use Efí only for Pix and another bank for bank slips (boletos)? Yes. Each Hubsoft collection account has its own bank, and the choice can be made by plan or customer. ### Does the subscriber need to authorize Pix Automatic every month? No. Authorization is completed once in the subscriber's banking app and remains valid for subsequent charges until canceled. Each month, Hubsoft registers the charge before the due date with the amount for that billing cycle. ### Does Hubsoft charge for the integration? No. Banking integrations are included in the Hubsoft license, with no integration fee. Bank slip (boleto) and Pix fees are charged by Efí.
