# Hubsoft integration with Flux Tecnologia

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Flux Tecnologia for fixed-line telephony (STFC). The number linked to the customer in Hubsoft becomes a SIP device in Flux, and the month's usage, with detailed calls, is added to the invoice.

Flux Tecnologia provides voice, SIP trunk, and white-label virtual PBX services to providers. Through Hubsoft, the provider creates the subscriber's account and SIP device and bills usage with call details.

## About Flux Tecnologia

Flux Tecnologia, based in Novo Hamburgo (RS), sells communications infrastructure to carriers, internet service providers (ISPs), PBX integrators, and businesses. Its portfolio includes interconnection, voice numbering and routes, SBC, SIP trunk, 0800, virtual PBX, and white-label softphone services, where the end customer sees the partner's brand. For the provider, this is a way to offer voice services to its customer base.

## What the integration does

* **Standard plan:** plan synchronization creates the standard plan used to link numbers in the integration.
* **Customer account in Flux:** when the customer's first number is transmitted, Flux creates the account, and Hubsoft stores its ID in the customer record.
* **SIP device:** each number linked to the customer's service is registered as a SIP device in Flux, and Hubsoft stores the device code.
* **Prepaid or postpaid account:** the provider defines whether the line is prepaid or postpaid, whether billing is monthly or daily, and the billing date, for all customers or individually.
* **Voicemail and SIP profile:** in the customer's service, you can enable voicemail, email delivery of messages, and choose the SIP profile and device product.
* **Password update:** a parameter allows Hubsoft to update the device password in Flux.
* **Usage billing:** Hubsoft retrieves the month's amounts from Flux, displays the cost per number, and generates invoices or entries.
* **Call details:** during processing, the provider can request details for each call in the period to display on the customer's invoice.

## What you need

* A contract with Flux and the API access details (address, token, and ID), provided by Flux itself.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integration > STFC and click Add.
2. Enter the description, API address, token, and ID, then save.
3. Under Actions > Plans, click Synchronize Plans to create the standard plan.
4. In the customer's service, under Other Options > STFC Data, add the parameters you want and the number.
5. To bill, open Actions > Process/Bill, choose the entry type, month, and year, decide whether you want call details, and run the process.

## Limitations

* The customer's account ID in Flux is created automatically in Hubsoft and must not be changed, as this may break the integration.
* Hubsoft imports the amounts recorded in Flux. If an amount is incorrect, the correction must be made on the platform.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I show the month's calls on the subscriber's invoice?

Yes. When processing the billing, enable call details. Hubsoft retrieves each call from the period to display on the invoice.

### Can the line be prepaid?

Yes. Set the account type to prepaid or postpaid in the integration for everyone, or in the customer's STFC Data.

### The customer's telephony charge is incorrect. What should I do?

Hubsoft imports what is recorded in Flux. Check the usage with Flux and process the billing again.
