The invoice is issued from the Hubsoft dashboard, Focus NFe communicates with the city government, and the PDF and XML are sent back to Hubsoft. Focus NFe provides APIs for issuing tax documents. In addition to NFS-e, it provides APIs for NF-e, NFC-e, CT-e, MDF-e, and NFCom. For the ISP, it solves a challenge with service invoices: each city government has its own standard, and Focus NFe bridges these standards through a single interface. ## What the integration does The integration uses the Focus NFe API. With it, Hubsoft can: * Issue NFS-e from the Hubsoft NFSe dashboard. * Check the invoice status until it is authorized or rejected. * Cancel NFS-e. In Focus NFe, cancellation is synchronous: the city government's response returns immediately, either confirming the cancellation or providing the reason for the failure. * Download the PDF and XML of the authorized invoice, store them in Hubsoft, and use them to email the subscriber. * Register and remove the webhook from the integration screen in Hubsoft, without accessing the Focus NFe dashboard. * Receive Focus NFe notifications whenever an invoice changes status. Without the webhook, Hubsoft checks invoices in Focus NFe from time to time, and updates may take longer when volume is high. With the webhook, Focus NFe notifies Hubsoft whenever a change occurs. ## What you need * A Focus NFe account, with the company configured by the Focus NFe team. * At least one invoice issued directly in Focus NFe before configuring Hubsoft, to confirm that communication with the city government works. * A digital certificate uploaded to the company in the Focus NFe dashboard. * In the company profile in Focus NFe: NFS-e enabled, the correct series and next RPS number, and access to the city government's portal. * The Focus NFe production token and the company's CNPJ. * In Hubsoft, NFS-e services registered and plans configured with the NFS-e document type. Consult your accountant for tax information. ## How to activate 1. In the Focus NFe dashboard, go to Cadastros > Empresas, upload the digital certificate, and edit the company. 2. On the Documentos Fiscais tab, check the NFS-e key, series, RPS number, and access to the city government portal. Save. 3. On the Tokens tab, copy the production token. 4. In Hubsoft, go to Configuração > Integrações > NFSe, click Adicionar, and enter the token and CNPJ. 5. In Configuração > Geral > Empresa > Empresa, edit the company and, on the CONF. NFSE (ISS) tab, select the integration and enter the tax information, tax liability, and tax regime. 6. In the NFSe integrations list, copy the webhook URL and register it under Ações > Webhook. 7. To track the invoice in Hubsoft, issue it through Hubsoft. * If the NFS-e key is disabled for the company in Focus NFe, all invoices sent by Hubsoft are rejected. ## Frequently asked questions ### If the invoice is rejected, do I need to issue it again? No. Correct the reason for the rejection and resend the invoice to the authorization queue directly through Hubsoft. ### Do I need to purchase Focus NFe separately? Yes. The ISP opens the account on the Focus NFe website, and its team configures the account before the integration. ### Does cancellation take a long time? No. In Focus NFe, the cancellation request goes directly to the city government, and Hubsoft receives the response in the same call. ### Can I turn off the emails sent by Focus NFe? Yes. The integration has additional parameters, including one that prevents the platform from sending emails. The list appears under the question mark icon on the integration screen.
