# Hubsoft integration with Getnet

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Getnet for credit card invoice payments. Subscribers pay through the Subscriber Portal or Customer App, with Getnet fraud protection when contracted.

## About Getnet

Getnet offers physical and digital payment solutions for businesses, from card payment terminals to e-commerce, as well as business management services. Getnet’s e-commerce solution is the one that connects to Hubsoft to receive online invoice payments.

## What the integration does

The integration uses the Getnet API.

* **Payment through the Subscriber Portal and Customer App:** the subscriber enters their card details, the system identifies the card network and displays the installment options.
* **Payment through the web system:** the attendant can also enter a card payment.
* **Automatic recurring payments:** with the option enabled, the invoice is charged to the card on the due date, within the time range defined for recurring payments.
* **Fraud protection:** if Getnet fraud protection is contracted, the integration sends the additional data required by the platform.
* **Name on the card statement:** custom text can appear on the subscriber’s card statement. Without it, the establishment’s trade name appears.
* **Security rules:** minimum accepted amount, minimum amount per installment, limit on attempts per invoice and per CPF or CNPJ within 24 hours, and refund period, which is 30 days if nothing is configured.

## What you need

* The contracted Getnet e-commerce solution.
* The integration credentials provided by Getnet: client ID, client secret, and seller ID.
* Online payment enabled in each customer’s account.
* Hubsoft Financial Module, included in the license.

## How to activate

1. Contract e-commerce with Getnet and request the credentials.
2. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > Credit Card and add Getnet with a financial account, maximum number of installments, recurring payments, and settlement days.
3. Enter the credentials and attempt limits and, if contracted, enable fraud protection.
4. Register the fees and interest for each card network, according to the contract with Getnet.
5. Link the integration to the billing method and enable card payments in Settings > General > Subscriber Portal and Settings > General > Customer App.

## Limitations

* If the Getnet account has fraud protection and the integration is not configured for it, Getnet declines most payments.
* With fraud protection enabled, the payment screen loads a Getnet script. Ad blockers must be disabled in the subscriber’s browser.
* The card only appears on invoices above the minimum amount and within the limit of days after the due date.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is Getnet fraud protection included?

Fraud protection is contracted separately with Getnet. Enable the option in the integration only if it has been contracted.

### The subscriber cannot pay by card. What should I check?

Check that online payment is enabled in their account, Getnet is linked to the billing method, and the invoice is above the minimum amount. Also ask them to disable their ad blocker.

### Can I limit the refund period?

Yes. An integration parameter defines the limit. Without it, the default is 30 days.
