# Hubsoft integration with Graviola Digital

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Graviola Digital to offer digital books in packages and bundles. The package linked to the service creates the subscriber's access in Graviola, and nonpayment suspends it.

Graviola Digital creates digital reading platforms, such as Conta Outra Vez!. In Hubsoft, each subscriber service becomes its own code in Graviola, with suspension for nonpayment.

## About Graviola Digital

Graviola Digital develops digital products for reading and culture. They include Conta Outra Vez!, a children's book platform with new digital titles every month, and Máquina de Contos, featuring short stories by contemporary Brazilian authors in e-book format. For an internet service provider (ISP), it is a value-added reading service to offer with the internet plan.

## What the integration does

The integration uses Graviola Digital's API. With it, Hubsoft handles:

* Subscriber registration in Graviola when the package is linked to the customer's service.
* Access removal when the package is removed from the service.
* Suspension and reactivation when the customer becomes delinquent or resumes payment, with the option **Enable/Suspend Subscriptions** enabled.
* Identification of each contract by a unique code. By default, Hubsoft uses the customer's service code because Graviola does not accept duplicate codes, but it accepts multiple contracts for the same CPF or CNPJ.
* Changing the data used as the identifier, in the integration or in each customer's package.

Packages can be sold separately, given as a benefit, or included in bundles with the internet plan.

## What you need

* A contract with Graviola Digital.
* The authentication token provided by Graviola Digital.
* Each product's code, exactly as it appears on the platform.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > Content Platforms and click Add.
2. Select Graviola Digital and enter the token.
3. Turn on the Single Package and Enable/Suspend Subscriptions options if desired.
4. Under Actions > Products, register each product with its name, description, and code matching the platform's code.
5. Under Configuration > General > Packages, create the package with its price and tax composition. Then, on the Integration tab, select Graviola Digital and the product.
6. Link the package to the customer's service (three dots > Packages) or to the plan under Configuration > General > Services/Plans.

The step-by-step guide with screenshots is on the [Graviola Digital page in the Hubsoft wiki](https://wiki.hubsoft.com.br/pt-br/modulos/configuracao/integracao/plataforma%5Fconteudo/graviola%5Fdigital).

## Limitations

* The product code must match the platform's code. If it differs, transmission will not work.
* When the Single Package option is enabled, only one product can be in the package at a time.
* The package's tax composition must be validated with the provider's accounting department.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can a customer with two plans have access through both?

Yes. By default, Hubsoft uses each service's code as the identifier in Graviola, and the platform accepts multiple contracts for the same CPF or CNPJ.

### Why doesn't the Graviola package appear when I try to link it to the customer?

The customer's plan may have the Lock Packages option enabled. When it is enabled, only packages linked to that plan appear. Check the plan's Packages tab.

### Can I give Graviola as a free benefit with the internet plan?

Yes. Create the package and add it to the plan on the Packages tab. It can be mandatory, so it is added to every customer on the plan, or optional.
