# Hubsoft integration with HubISP

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with HubISP to offer streaming, music, security, and TV from multiple partners in packages. Adding the package to the service activates the subscriber, while delinquency suspends it.

HubISP connects providers with content partners through a single integration. In Hubsoft, the provider sells HubISP products in packages, with the subscriber’s mobile number sent along.

## About HubISP

HubISP bridges internet service providers (ISPs) and content partners. Instead of integrating each service separately, the provider connects to HubISP, which manages a customer database system and controls subscriber authentication and authorization for each product. The provider monitors the integrated databases through a HubISP dashboard.

## What the integration does

The integration uses the HubISP API. With it, Hubsoft performs the following:

* Registers the subscriber and product with HubISP when the package is linked to the customer’s service.
* Removes the product when the package is removed from the service.
* Suspends and reactivates service when the customer becomes delinquent or resumes payments, with the option **Enable/Suspend Subscriptions** enabled.
* Sends the subscriber’s mobile number. By default, the first phone number in the account is sent; another number can be specified in the package.

In Hubsoft’s wiki platform list, HubISP appears with streaming, security, music, and TV products. HubISP provides information about which products are available for your provider.

## What you need

* A contract with HubISP. The content agreement is negotiated directly by the provider.
* The access token provided by HubISP.
* The name and code of the products authorized for sale.
* A mobile phone number in the subscriber’s account. For products such as Deezer and Hero, the number is required.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > Content Platforms and click Add.
2. Select HubISP and enter the token.
3. If desired, turn on the Single Package and Enable/Suspend Subscriptions options.
4. Under Actions > Products, register the products using the name and code provided by HubISP.
5. Under Configuration > General > Packages, create the package with its price and tax composition and, on the Integration tab, select HubISP and the product.
6. Link the package to the customer’s service (three dots > Packages) or to the plan under Configuration > General > Services/Plans.

The step-by-step instructions with screenshots are on the [HubISP page in the Hubsoft wiki](https://wiki.hubsoft.com.br/pt-br/modulos/configuracao/integracao/plataforma%5Fconteudo/hub-tv).

## Limitations

* Packages with Deezer or Hero are sent only if a mobile number is in the customer’s account or in the package.
* When the Single Package option is enabled, each package includes only one product.
* The package’s tax composition must be validated with the provider’s accounting department.

## Frequently asked questions

### An error occurred while sending a package with Deezer. What should I check?

Check whether the customer has a mobile number in their account. HubISP requires the number for Deezer and Hero. If the account does not have one, enter the mobile number in the customer’s package.

### Do I need an integration for each HubISP service?

No. A single HubISP integration in Hubsoft is enough. Each service becomes a product, and you build packages with them.

### The package does not appear when I try to link it to the customer. Why?

The customer’s plan may have the Lock Packages option enabled. When it is enabled, only packages linked to that plan appear.
