# Hubsoft integration with Inter Service

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Inter Service to sell services such as Paramount+, Looke, and Noggin in packages. Adding the package to a service activates the subscriber on the platform, while nonpayment blocks access.

Inter Service brings together content apps such as Paramount+, Looke, Noggin, and Mumo, sold separately. In Hubsoft, each app becomes a product that the ISP can include in packages and bundles.

## About Inter Service

Inter Service distributes content services to internet service providers (ISPs). Its catalog includes apps that can be sold separately, such as Paramount+, Looke (one or three screens), Noggin, Kidsa, Mumo, Qualifica, Mega Money, and Mega Revista. The ISP chooses which ones to offer and in what format.

## What the integration does

The integration uses the Inter Service API. With it, Hubsoft handles:

* Subscriber activation in the apps when the package is linked to an enabled service or when the service is enabled.
* Access removal when the package is removed from the service.
* Package blocking due to nonpayment when the customer does not pay, with the delinquency block setting enabled in the integration.
* Sending the subscriber's email, which serves as their login for the apps. By default, the email registered in the account is used; another email can be entered in the package.
* A standard initial password for all subscribers, who can change it afterward.
* Integration history, testing, and synchronization through the Actions menu.

Packages can be sold individually, offered as a benefit, or included in bundles with the internet plan. If the ISP wants, the same package can be added to the service more than once by enabling duplicate packages.

## What you need

* A contract with Inter Service.
* The username, password, and company code provided by Inter Service.
* The code for each product. The Hubsoft wiki contains the app code table.
* An email in the subscriber's account, unique to each customer.

## How to activate it

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > Content Platforms and click Add.
2. Select InterService and enter the username, password, and company code.
3. Enable the delinquency block setting if desired, and save.
4. Under Actions > Products, register each app with its name and code.
5. Under Configuration > General > Packages, create the package with its price and tax composition. On the Integration tab, select Inter Service and the product.
6. Link the package to the customer's service (three dots > Packages) or to the plan under Configuration > General > Services/Plans.

The step-by-step guide with screenshots is available on the [InterService page in the Hubsoft wiki](https://wiki.hubsoft.com.br/pt-br/modulos/configuracao/integracao/plataforma%5Fconteudo/interservice).

## Limitations

* The subscriber's email cannot be repeated on the platform.
* The product code must match the one registered with Inter Service.
* The package's tax composition must be validated with the ISP's accounting department.

## Frequently asked questions

### How does the subscriber log in to the apps?

With their email and a standard password defined by the platform. After the first login, they can change the password.

### Can I sell Paramount+ and Looke in the same bundle?

Yes. Register both products, create the packages, and add them to the plan on the Packages tab under Configuration > General > Services/Plans.

### The package does not appear when I try to link it to the customer. Why?

The customer's plan may have the Lock Packages option enabled. When it is enabled, only packages linked to that plan are displayed.
