# Hubsoft integration with Inter

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Inter for bank slips (boletos) and Pix-enabled bank slips through the Collection API. The bank slip is registered in the Inter PJ account, and the payment webhook settles the invoice in Hubsoft.

## About Inter

Inter is a digital bank with a financial super app: digital account, credit card, investments, and other services. It began in 1994 as Intermedium Financeira and became a multiple-service bank in 2008\. For the ISP, the Inter PJ account works as a collection account, with credentials created directly in the PJ portal.

## What the integration does

The main integration uses Inter’s Collection API.

* **Bank slip issuance:** Hubsoft registers the bank slips in the Inter account.
* **Pix-enabled bank slip:** in integration version v2, each bank slip includes a Pix QR Code with the same data.
* **Cancellation:** bank slips canceled in Hubsoft are canceled in Inter.
* **Automatic payment confirmation:** Inter sends a webhook when the bank slip is paid, and the gateway’s payment verification routine checks the payments.
* **CNAB 400 remittance file:** for users of Inter’s file version 1.08 with wallet 110, remittance and return-file certification is also available.

## What you need

* An Inter PJ account.
* An application created in the PJ portal under Digital Account > My Applications, with the Collection API scopes.
* The client ID, client secret, and certificate downloaded from the application, as well as the checking account number.
* Hubsoft Financial Module, included in the license.

## How to activate

1. In the Inter PJ portal, create the application with the Collection API scopes and download the certificate.
2. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > Payment, and add Inter - API with the version (v1 for bank slips, v2 for Pix-enabled bank slips), credentials, checking account, and certificate.
3. Use Actions > Test Integration to validate it.
4. Create the collection method under Settings > Finance > Collection Method, using Inter - API as the bank and the registered integration.
5. Set up the Verify Gateway Collection routine so no payment remains unconfirmed.

## Limitations

* The Inter integration does not change the bank slip due date at the bank.
* CNAB 400 only works with wallet 110 and file version 1.08\. CNAB 240 is not available.
* Inter does not provide a test environment for this integration.
* If transmission of a bank slip fails, correct the data and wait for the next attempt, which usually occurs after 60 minutes.

Check the integration credentials, verify that the webhook was activated (it is activated when the first bank slip is issued), and keep the Verify Gateway Collection routine configured.

### Which version should I choose, v1 or v2?
