# Hubsoft integration with iPag – Sicoob

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with iPag for credit card invoice payments. Subscribers pay through the Subscriber Portal or Customer App, and the transaction result is immediately sent back to Hubsoft.

iPag is a digital payments platform with integrated fraud prevention. In Hubsoft, subscribers pay invoices by credit card through the iPag gateway, with installments and recurring payment options.

## About iPag

iPag is a digital payments platform. According to its website, the gateway accepts credit cards, bank slips (boletos), and PIX, with integrated fraud prevention, connecting e-commerce, apps, and management systems to banks and acquirers. In Hubsoft, iPag is used for credit card invoice payments.

## What the integration does

* **Payment through the Subscriber Portal and Customer App:** the subscriber enters their card details, the system identifies the card network, and displays installment options.
* **Immediate response:** the payment is processed in one step, and Hubsoft immediately knows whether it was approved.
* **Payment through the web system:** an agent can also record a credit card payment.
* **Automatic recurring payments:** when enabled, the invoice is charged to the card on the due date, within the defined time range.
* **Tracked refunds:** when a refund is pending acquirer approval, Hubsoft marks the status and checks it until completion.
* **Security rules:** minimum accepted amount, minimum amount per installment, attempt limits per invoice and per CPF or CNPJ within 24 hours, and a refund period of 30 days if nothing is configured.

## What you need

* The credit card solution from the contracted iPag gateway.
* The credentials obtained in the iPag dashboard: API ID and API Key.
* Online payment enabled in each customer's account.
* Hubsoft's Financial Module, included in the license.

## How to activate it

1. Contract the iPag gateway and copy the credentials from the dashboard.
2. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > Credit Card and add iPag with the financial account, maximum number of installments, recurring payments, and settlement days.
3. Enter the credentials and attempt limits.
4. Register the fees and interest for each card network.
5. Link the integration to the billing method and enable card payments in Settings > General > Subscriber Portal and Settings > General > Customer APP.

## Limitations

* The refund may remain pending until the acquirer approves it.
* The card option only appears on invoices above the minimum amount and within the allowed number of days after the due date.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does iPag have a testing environment?

Yes. The credentials support sandbox mode for testing before going live.

### Why does card payment appear only on some invoices?

Invoices below the minimum accepted amount do not show the option. Also check whether iPag is linked to the invoice's billing method.

### Where can I see the approved payment?

In the customer's financial records in Hubsoft and in the iPag dashboard.
