For the internet service provider (ISP), Itaú covers bank slips, Pix, and card payments through one banking relationship. ## What the integration does * **Bank slip through the API:** Hubsoft sends the bank slip through Itaú's Cash Management API, with no file submission, and it is registered within 5 minutes. Due date changes, cancellations, and discounts are also processed through the API. * **CNAB 240 and 400:** file submission and return files remain available. * **Hybrid bank slip (BoleCode):** the Pix QR Code is generated when the bank slip is registered, using the same banking API credentials. * **Pix with a due date:** QR Code and copy-and-paste code on the bank slip, in the Subscriber Portal, and in the Customer App. Registration, payment status checks, and cancellation are automatic, with verification every 8 minutes. * **Pix Automatic:** the subscriber authorizes recurring payments once, through a QR Code generated in their registration, and subsequent monthly charges are debited on the agreed date. * **Credit card through e.Rede:** the subscriber pays the invoice through the Subscriber Portal or Customer App, with installments and automatic recurring payments when supported by the integration. ## What you need * An Itaú account with a collection agreement and access to the Cash Management APIs, requested from your account manager. * The client ID and temporary token sent by Itaú, used to generate the Itaú certificate within Hubsoft. * A Pix key, preferably a random key, for Pix and BoleCode. * For cards: an e.Rede e-commerce contract and production credentials from the e.Rede Portal. * Hubsoft's Financial Module, included with the license. ## How to activate 1. Go to Settings > Finance > Collection Method, create the Itaú collection method, and validate it through file submission and return. 2. Go to Settings > General > Digital Certificate and add an Itaú certificate with the client ID, token, and company information. Hubsoft generates the certificate together with the bank. 3. In the collection method's API tab, enable the desired keys, enter the credentials under Extra Parameters, and link the certificate in the Certificate tab. Validate under Actions > Test Integration. 4. For Pix and Pix Automatic, add Itaú under Settings > Integrations > PIX, with the certificate linked. For BoleCode, enter the Pix key and Pix integration in the collection method. 5. Renewal must be requested from the bank before the expiration date. * Pix Automatic does not apply an early-payment discount: the authorized amount is the invoice's full amount. * With e.Rede, installments are available for up to 12 payments, and credit transaction cancellations can be requested within 90 days, although the period varies by business category. ## Frequently asked questions ### Do I need separate credentials for BoleCode? No. BoleCode uses the same banking API credentials. ### How long does it take for a Pix payment to be cleared? Within 8 minutes, whether paid by QR Code or Pix copy-and-paste code. ### Why does the card payment option appear on only some invoices? The card integration has a minimum accepted amount. Invoices below that amount do not display the option. Also check whether e.Rede is linked to the invoice's collection method. ### Can the e.Rede card be charged every month? Yes, when automatic recurring payments are active in the integration.
