# Hubsoft integration with ITTV

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with ITTV to sell streaming TV in packages and bundles. Adding the package to the service creates the subscriber's ITTV login with registration data, and delinquency suspends it.

## About ITTV

ITTV is a streaming TV platform with live channels, movies, series, sports, and news. It brings together multiple content services and platforms that the internet service provider (ISP) can resell to subscribers. To find out which services are available, the ISP checks with ITTV.

## What the integration does

The integration uses the ITTV API. With it, Hubsoft handles:

* Registering the subscriber and product in ITTV when the package is linked to the customer's service.
* Removing the product when the package is removed from the service.
* Suspending and reactivating service when the customer becomes delinquent or resumes payment, with the **Enable/Suspend Subscriptions** option turned on.
* Syncing active products on the platform with one click.
* Setting the subscriber's username and password. The default username is the email address; it can also be the CPF or CNPJ, or the package code. The default password is the authentication login password; it can also be the CPF or CNPJ, customer code, email address, or phone number.
* Sending the email address and mobile phone number from the registration, with the option to provide different ones in the customer's package.

If the selected password has fewer than 6 characters, Hubsoft adds zeros to the left.

## What you need

* A contract with ITTV.
* The API production URL and token provided by ITTV.
* An email address in the subscriber's registration, which ITTV uses to identify the user.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > Content Platforms and click Add.
2. Select ITTV and enter the API URL and token.
3. If desired, choose the data used as the username and password, and turn on the Enable/Suspend Subscriptions option.
4. Under Actions > Products, click Sync to import active products.
5. Under Configuration > General > Packages, create the package with its price and tax composition. On the Integration tab, select ITTV and the product.
6. Link the package to the customer's service (three dots > Packages) or to the plan, under Configuration > General > Services/Plans.

## Limitations

* Each package accepts only one ITTV product.
* The user is identified by email address. If two products are linked to the same email address, the last one added takes precedence.
* The package's tax composition must be validated with the ISP's accounting team.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which username does the subscriber use in ITTV?

By default, the registration email address, with the plan's authentication login password. The ISP can change this data in the integration or in each customer's package.

### Can the customer have two ITTV products?

Yes, with different email addresses. With the same email address, ITTV keeps only the last linked product. For two products, provide a different email address in the second package.

### The package does not appear when linking it to the customer. Why?

The customer's plan may have the Lock Packages option enabled. When enabled, only packages linked to that plan appear.
