# Hubsoft integration with Kaspersky

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Kaspersky to sell antivirus and digital security in packages and bundles. The package activates the subscriber’s license, and delinquency suspends it.

Kaspersky develops security software against viruses, scams, and intrusions. In Hubsoft, the provider syncs Kaspersky products and includes protection in the internet plan.

## About Kaspersky

Kaspersky is a cybersecurity company that develops protection software for homes and businesses. Its solutions protect against viruses, hackers, spam, trojans, and spyware. For an internet service provider (ISP), it is a value-added security service to sell with the plan.

## What the integration does

The integration uses the Kaspersky API. With it, Hubsoft handles:

* Service activation in Kaspersky when the package is linked to an enabled service or when the service is enabled.
* Removal when the package is removed from the service.
* Suspension and reactivation when the customer becomes delinquent or resumes payment, with the **Enable/Suspend Subscriptions** option enabled.
* Synchronization of the products the provider can sell through the integration.
* Trial period: the package can include trial days in the plan. On the end date, Hubsoft removes the package from the customer.

Packages can be sold separately, for an additional fee, or included in bundles with the internet plan.

## What you need

* A contract with Kaspersky.
* The API access authorization token, which Kaspersky provides after contracting.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > Content Platforms and click Add.
2. Select Kaspersky and enter the token.
3. If desired, enable the Enable/Suspend Subscriptions option and save.
4. Sync the products that will be sold in the packages.
5. Under Settings > General > Packages, create the package with its price and tax composition. In the Integration tab, select Kaspersky and the product.
6. Link the package to the customer’s service (Other Options > Packages > Add Packages) or to the plan under Settings > General > Services/Plans.

## Limitations

* Available products depend on the contract with Kaspersky.
* The package’s tax composition must be validated with the provider’s accounting team.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I include Kaspersky in all internet plans?

Yes. Add the package to the Packages tab of each plan and mark it as required. It will be added to every customer who subscribes to that plan.

### Can I offer Kaspersky free for a few days?

Yes. In the plan, enable the trial period for the package and set the number of days. On the end date, Hubsoft removes the package from the customer.

### Can the package price be different for a customer?

Yes. When linking the package to the service, the price comes from the package record, but it can be edited for that customer.
