# Hubsoft integration with L5.networks

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with L5.networks to send billing calls through the PBX dialer. Calls are sent to the L5 dialer group or campaign according to the rules and schedule defined in Hubsoft.

## About L5.networks

L5 Networks provides cloud communication solutions: telephony, Cloud PBX, CRM, telecom, and IT management. The company integrates cloud telephony with Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace, so teams can work from anywhere.

## What the integration does

* Sends billing calls according to the billing method rules: after the invoice is generated, before the due date, after the due date, or after payment.
* Sends each call to a dialing option connected to the L5 dialer: a group (extension) and a campaign (IVR).
* Follows the integration’s operating hours, with a start time and an end time.
* Schedules calls to a filtered group of customers in the Customer Services report.
* Includes a dialing test on the integration screen to validate the configuration before use.
* Stores the history of all actions performed in the integration.

## What you need

* A PBX contracted with L5 Networks.
* The API URL and token, obtained from L5.
* The IDs of the dialer groups and campaigns, shown in the L5 dashboard.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > PBX > Add.
2. Choose the L5 Networks gateway, enter the description, URL, token, and start and end times, and leave the Use Audio key disabled. Save.
3. In the integration, go to Actions > Dialing > Add, enter the dialer group ID in the Extension/Group field and the campaign ID in the IVR/Campaign field, and indicate whether dialing is active.
4. Use Actions > Test with dialing to verify the configuration.
5. Go to Configuration > Financial > Billing Method, open the Call tab, and add the rules with the integration, dialing option, and days for sending.
6. Go to Configuration > General > Routines and add the Send / Trigger Phone Calls routine.

## Limitations

* L5 uses the dialer (group and campaign). The integration does not use audio files uploaded through Hubsoft, and the Use Audio key must remain disabled.

## Frequently asked questions

### The integration is not working. What should I check first?

Check whether the URL, token, and times are correct, whether the selected gateway is L5 Networks, and whether the user has the required permissions. Then use the dialing test to identify the problem.

### How do I set the hours when calls can be placed?

In the integration’s start and end time parameters. Outside this window, Hubsoft does not trigger calls.

### Can I integrate more than one PBX?

Yes. Hubsoft supports multiple PBX integrations at the same time, each with its own parameters.
