The platform accepts card, bank slip, and Pix payments, with recurring billing, payment links, transparent checkout, and payment splitting. For the ISP, Lytex covers bank slip and credit card payments in a single account. ## What the integration does * **Bank slip via API:** issuance, cancellation, and due date changes for bank slips from Hubsoft, in batches of 100 every 6 minutes. * **Bank slip with Pix:** when enabled, each bank slip includes a Pix QR Code with the same information. * **Automatic payment confirmation:** Lytex notifies Hubsoft in real time when the bank slip is paid, and the gateway's billing verification routine checks the payments. * **Payment confirmations sent:** when enabled, payments made at the company and full discounts are also sent to Lytex. * **Credit card:** the subscriber pays the bill through the Subscriber Portal or Customer App, with installments based on the rates by card brand and automatic recurring payments when supported by the integration. * **Payment processing:** when Lytex returns the payment as pending, Hubsoft checks the status every 7 minutes for up to approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. If approved, it marks the bill as paid and notifies the customer. If not, it reopens the bill and reports the failure. ## What you need * A Lytex account. * An API application created in the Lytex dashboard under Settings > Integrations, with a client ID and client secret. * A default email address and phone number for customers without this information in their records, required when registering the bank slip. * For cards: the credit card solution contracted with Lytex. * Hubsoft's Financial Module, included in the license. ## How to activate 1. In the Lytex dashboard, create the API application and copy the credentials. 2. In Hubsoft, under Settings > Integrations > Payment, add Lytex with the credentials, default email, and default phone number. 3. Copy the generated callback URL and paste it into the Lytex dashboard, with real-time payment notifications enabled. 4. Create the billing method under Settings > Finance > Billing Method, with Lytex as the bank and the registered integration. 5. Yes, when the option to transmit payment confirmations is enabled in the integration. ### Why did the card payment remain "processing"? Lytex does not process all transactions immediately. Hubsoft monitors the status and marks the bill as paid when the payment is approved. ### Why does the card appear on only some bills? Bills below the accepted minimum amount do not show the option. Also check whether the card integration is linked to the bill's billing method.
