# Hubsoft integration with Made4it

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Made4Graph from Made4it to manage subscriber routers. Support agents can change the Wi-Fi name and password and restart the CPE through Hubsoft, without opening another system.

Made4it serves providers with infrastructure, networks, and software, such as Made4Graph for CPEs via TR-069\. Through Hubsoft, the provider links CPEs to plans, changes Wi-Fi settings, and restarts the router.

## About Made4it

Made4it provides IT services for internet service providers (ISPs): infrastructure, network engineering, and software development, with 24/7 support and offices in Apucarana (PR) and Orlando (USA). It does not resell equipment. Its products include Made4Graph, for managing end customers via TR-069, with bulk actions and ONU provisioning; Made4Flow, for traffic analysis and DDoS protection; and Made4DNS.

## What the integration does

Hubsoft integrates with Made4Graph:

* **CPE discovery:** every 60 minutes, Hubsoft updates the list of CPEs found in Made4Graph.
* **Automatic linking:** each CPE is linked to the customer’s plan using the MAC Layer2/Serial field.
* **Management through Hubsoft:** in the plan’s CPE list, support agents with the specific permission can edit the Wi-Fi network name and password.
* **Restart:** the support agent requests the CPE restart without leaving Hubsoft.
* **Connected devices:** Hubsoft displays the devices connected to the customer’s router.
* **Subscriber Center:** with the option enabled, the subscriber sees the Equipment tab and changes the Wi-Fi name and password.

## What you need

* A contract with Made4it for Made4Graph. The system is proprietary and must be contracted directly with Made4it, which provides support to the provider.
* CPEs configured to retrieve settings from Made4Graph.
* The MAC address or serial number entered in the customer’s plan for automatic linking.

The Hubsoft implementation team provides configuration guidance. Information about CPE management systems is available on the [CPE management systems page in the Hubsoft wiki](https://wiki.hubsoft.com.br/pt-br/modulos/configuracao/integracao/gerenciador%5Fcpe/integrar-cpe).

## Limitations

* For now, the integration only changes Wi-Fi network parameters.
* The CPE list is updated hourly. A new CPE may take up to 60 minutes to appear.

## Frequently asked questions
