# Hubsoft integration with Mumo

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Mumo to offer online music stations in packages and bundles. The package in the service unlocks Mumo for the subscriber by cell phone, and delinquency suspends access.

## About Mumo

Mumo is an audio streaming service with hundreds of online music stations curated by experts. Stations are organized by genre, decade, rankings, holidays, activity, or mood, and the app also features local news, soccer games, and podcasts. It works on Android and iOS devices and is licensed to telecommunications companies as a value-added service.

## What the integration does

The integration uses Mumo's partner API. With it, Hubsoft handles:

* Activating the subscriber on Mumo when the package is linked to an enabled service or when the service is enabled.
* Removing access when the package is removed from the service.
* Suspending and reactivating access when the customer becomes delinquent or resumes payments, with the " option **Enable/Suspend Subscriptions** enabled.
* Sending the subscriber's cell phone number, which Mumo uses to identify the user.
* Trial period: the package can include trial days in the plan. On the end date, Hubsoft removes the package from the customer.

Packages can be sold separately for an additional fee or included in bundles with the internet plan.

## What you need

* A contract with Mumo.
* The partner key and token provided by Mumo.
* A cell phone number on file for each subscriber who will receive the package.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > Content Platforms and click Add.
2. Select Mumo and enter the partner key and token.
3. If desired, turn on the Single Package and Enable/Suspend Subscriptions options, then save.
4. In Configuration > General > Packages, create the package with its price and tax composition and, on the Integration tab, select Mumo.
5. Link the package to the customer's service (Other Options > Packages > Add Packages) or to the plan under Configuration > General > Services/Plans.

## Limitations

* The package is sent only if the customer has a cell phone number on file.
* The package's tax composition must be validated with the ISP's accounting team.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does the subscriber need a cell phone number on file?

Yes. Without a cell phone number on the customer's account, the Mumo package is not activated.

### Can I offer Mumo free of charge on all plans?

Yes. Add the package on the Packages tab of each plan under Configuration > General > Services/Plans, and mark it as required.

### The package does not appear when I try to link it to the customer. Why?

The customer's plan may have the Lock Packages option enabled. When it is enabled, only packages linked to that plan appear.
