Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Navi Telecom to activate mobile lines as part of the customer’s service. Internet recharges in gigabytes are created in Hubsoft and can become an invoice or be added to the next monthly bill.

## About Navi Telecom

Navi Telecom presents itself as an operator authorized by Anatel and offers an MVNO platform for providers and companies that want to launch mobile services under their own brand. The partner defines plans and prices, uses SIM Cards with its branding, and has a management panel for lines, usage, and finances. Navi uses the infrastructure of a larger operator and supports the partner through a Customer Success team.

## What the integration does

* **Plan synchronization:** the Navi plans are brought into Hubsoft through the integration screen.
* **Line activation:** in the customer’s service, the agent selects the plan and area code, enters the ICCID, and selects the number from the list retrieved from Navi.
* **Portability:** it is requested when the line is activated by entering the number from another operator.
* **Internet recharge:** through the number’s actions, the agent enters how many gigabytes the subscriber wants to recharge, and Hubsoft sends the request to Navi.
* **Recharge billing:** when selecting the Bill option, the agent chooses whether to generate an invoice immediately, with a due date they define, or add the amount to the next monthly bill.
* **Blocking and unblocking:** when the customer’s service is suspended or enabled in Hubsoft, the request is sent to Navi’s transmission queue.
* **Cancellation:** when the number or plan is deleted, the cancellation is sent to Navi.
* **Line contract:** when transmission ends, Hubsoft records the contract provided by Navi on the number.
* **MVNO report:** lists services with Navi lines and transmission errors.

## What you need

* A contract with Navi Telecom and the API username and password, provided by Navi itself.
* Chips identified by ICCID.
* Hubsoft plans that will receive lines, marked with the "Service Allows MVNO" option.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > MVNO > Add and select Navi.
2. Enter the API username and password.
3. Synchronize plans under Actions > Plans > Synchronize.
4. Under Settings > General > Services / Plans, select "Service Allows MVNO" for plans that will have a mobile line.
5. In the customer’s service, go to Other Options > MVNO Data > Add, choose the plan and area code, and enter the ICCID and number.

## Limitations

* Portability can only be requested when activating the line, through the portability parameter.
* The recharge is for internet data, in gigabytes.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I sell an extra internet package to the subscriber?

Under MVNO Data > Actions > Recharge, enter the gigabytes and select Bill. Choose whether to generate the invoice immediately or add the amount to the next monthly bill.

### If the customer’s service is suspended due to an outstanding payment, is the line also suspended?

Yes. The suspension in Hubsoft enters the transmission queue, and the block is sent to Navi. When the service is enabled, the unblock follows the same path.

### How do I request number portability for the subscriber?

When activating the line. Enter the number from the other operator and enable the portability parameter in the number’s registration.
