# Hubsoft integration with NotaAPI

# Hubsoft integration with NotaAPI

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with NotaAPI for NFS-e issuance. The invoice is issued from the Hubsoft dashboard, NotaAPI transmits it to the municipality, and notifies Hubsoft via webhook when the status changes.

## About NotaAPI

NotaAPI is an electronic service invoice platform built to work through an API. On its website, the company presents itself as responsible for the provider’s invoices and mentions, in addition to NFS-e, telecommunications invoices under models 21 and 22, and model 62\. The platform also emails issued invoices to the end customer.

## What the integration does

Each municipality has its own NFS-e standard. Hubsoft sends the invoice to NotaAPI, and NotaAPI handles communication with the municipality. With the integration, Hubsoft can:

* Issue NFS-e from the Hubsoft NFSe dashboard.
* Cancel NFS-e.
* Generate the invoice PDF and XML, available in Hubsoft after authorization.
* Create and remove the webhook from the integration screen in Hubsoft.
* Receive notifications from NotaAPI whenever an invoice changes status.

Without the webhook, Hubsoft checks invoices in NotaAPI from time to time, and updates may take longer when volume is high.

## What you need

* A NotaAPI account, configured by the NotaAPI team.
* At least one invoice issued directly in NotaAPI before configuring Hubsoft, to confirm that communication with the municipality works.
* The integration token, requested from the NotaAPI team.
* In Hubsoft, the NFS-e services must be registered, and plans must be configured with the NFS-e document type. Contact your accountant for tax information.

## How to activate

1. Request the token from the NotaAPI team.
2. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > NFSe, click Add, and enter the token.
3. Go to Configuration > General > Company > Company, edit the company, and under the CONF. NFSE (ISS) tab, select the integration and enter the tax and tax liability information.
4. In the NFSe integrations list, copy the webhook URL and register it under Actions > Webhook > Add Webhook.
5. Issue an invoice to validate communication.

### Do I need to purchase NotaAPI separately?

Yes. The provider opens the account with NotaAPI, and its team configures the account before integration.

### Why issue an invoice directly in NotaAPI before integrating?

To confirm that communication between NotaAPI and the issuer’s municipality is working.

### Can I turn off the emails sent by the platform?

Yes. The integration has additional parameters, including one that prevents the platform from sending emails. The list appears under the question mark icon on the integration screen.
