# Hubsoft integration with NOTAZZ

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Notazz to issue NFS-e. The service invoice is issued by Hubsoft along with the bill, while Notazz communicates with each municipality's government.

## About Notazz

Notazz is an invoice platform that connects the company with the municipal government. Each municipality has its own NFS-e standard, and Notazz keeps these standards up to date so the company can always issue invoices the same way. The account is created through the Notazz website, and its team configures the company and municipality before enabling the integration.

## What the integration does

The integration uses the Notazz API. With it, Hubsoft can:

* Issue NFS-e from the bill, at closing or on demand.
* Check the invoice status with the municipal government.
* Cancel NFS-e through Hubsoft.
* Generate the PDF and XML, available on the bill and sent to the subscriber.
* Receive the municipal government's response via webhook, with no manual checking.

## What you need

* A Notazz account with the company and municipality configured by the Notazz team.
* The company's API Key, copied from the Notazz dashboard.
* Hubsoft's Nota Fiscal module, included with the license.

## How to activate

1. In the Notazz dashboard, under Settings > Companies, open the company and click API Key to copy the token.
2. In Hubsoft, under Configuration > Integrations > NFSe, click Add and enter the company's token and CNPJ.
3. If desired, enable sending the customer's email to Notazz and retroactive tax period control, so an invoice generated at the turn of the month is assigned to the correct tax period.
4. In the Notazz dashboard, register the webhook using the address Hubsoft displays on the integration screen.
5. Issue a test invoice and check the PDF and XML on the bill.

## Limitations

* In Brasília, NFS-e follows the NF-e standard. The integration handles this with a specific parameter; Hubsoft support provides guidance during setup.
* Municipality coverage is provided by Notazz. If your municipal government is not on its list, Hubsoft integrates with other NFS-e platforms.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need to contract Notazz separately?

Yes. The account belongs to the provider and is contracted directly with Notazz. Hubsoft does not charge for the integration.

### I already issue invoices through Notazz outside Hubsoft. Will I lose anything by integrating?

No. Previous invoices remain in Notazz. After integration, new invoices are issued through Hubsoft and linked to the subscriber's bill.

### Is the invoice issued automatically with the bill?

Yes. With the Nota Fiscal module configured, NFS-e is issued when bills are closed. You can also issue it on demand, one bill at a time.
