# Hubsoft integration with NX Play

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with NX Play to sell streaming with Noggin and Paramount in packages and bundles. The service package creates the subscriber's access using their email, and delinquency suspends it.

NX Play is a streaming platform for movies and series. In Hubsoft, the provider enables or disables Noggin and Paramount for each customer, and the subscriber's login is always their email.

## About NX Play

NX Play is a streaming platform for movies and series. Through the Hubsoft integration, the internet service provider (ISP) offers Noggin and Paramount services to subscribers and chooses which ones remain active for each customer.

## What the integration does

The integration uses the NX Play API. With it, Hubsoft handles:

* Subscriber registration in NX Play when the package is linked to the customer's service.
* Removal when the package is removed from the service.
* Suspension and reactivation when the customer becomes delinquent or resumes payment, with the "Enable/Suspend Subscriptions" option**Enable/Suspend Subscriptions** enabled.
* One-click synchronization of the products active on the platform.
* Enable or disable Noggin and Paramount for each subscriber directly in the customer's package. If left blank, both remain enabled.
* Login with the email on the registration. The password comes from data selected by the provider; the default is the authentication login.
* Password updates on the platform when the provider changes the data selected in the package.

If the password has fewer than 6 characters, Hubsoft adds zeros to the left. Example: customer code 1234 becomes password 001234.

## What you need

* A contract with NX Play.
* The API production endpoint and token provided by NX Play.
* An email in the subscriber's registration, which will be their login.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > Content Platforms and click Add.
2. Select NXPlay and enter the API endpoint and token.
3. If desired, choose the data used as the password and enable the Single Package and Enable/Suspend Subscriptions options.
4. Under Actions > Products, click Synchronize.
5. Under Configuration > General > Packages, create the package with its price and tax composition. On the Integration tab, select NXPlay and the product.
6. Link the package to the customer's service (three dots > Packages) or to the plan under Configuration > General > Services/Plans.

## Limitations

* The subscriber's email cannot be changed after it has been transmitted to NX Play.
* When the Single Package option is enabled, each package includes one product only.
* The package's tax composition must be validated with the provider's accounting team.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I sell only Noggin to a customer?

Yes. In the customer's package, disable Paramount. If left blank, both services remain enabled.

### The customer changed their email. Should I update it in NX Play?

The email cannot be changed after transmission because it is the subscriber's login on the platform. Check the email before linking the package.

### Which password does the subscriber use?

The password from the data selected in the package or integration. The default is the plan's authentication login, with zeros added to the left if it has fewer than 6 characters.
