## About Pipeelo

Pipeelo is an engagement platform for internet service providers (ISPs). It covers the subscriber journey from first contact to retention, with AI agents that provide 24/7 WhatsApp support, a sales CRM for providers, and dashboards showing NPS, recurring support requests, and team performance. Anything AI cannot resolve is routed to the team with the conversation history.

## What the integration does

**In Hubsoft (SMS/Messenger gateway):**

* Sends WhatsApp messages through Pipeelo using HSM templates, with variables populated by Hubsoft.
* Sends notices according to the SMS rules for the billing method: after the invoice is generated, before the due date, after the due date, or after payment.
* Enables messages to be sent to a customer group filtered in the Customer Services report.
* Includes integration testing and an action history on the same screen.

**On the Pipeelo platform, connected to Hubsoft:**

According to Pipeelo, AI consults Hubsoft in real time during conversations: open invoices, duplicate invoices, contracts, work orders, and technical appointments. Using this data, it opens support requests, schedules visits, and sends billing, invoice, blocked contract, and work order notices. Hubsoft remains the source of information.

## What you need

* A Pipeelo account.
* Pipeelo's production URL and API authentication token.
* HSM templates created in Pipeelo.
* Hubsoft version 1.121 or later.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > SMS/Messenger and click Add.
2. Select the Pipeelo gateway, enable the HSM key, enter the description, and provide the URL and token. Save.
3. In the integration, under Actions > HSM Template > Add, register each template with the code used in Pipeelo, a description, and the variables.
4. Use Actions > Test to validate the integration.
5. Configure the rules on the SMS tab of the billing method and the Send SMS routine.

## Limitations

* The gateway works with HSM templates. An integration with HSM enabled cannot be used for one-off messages or the Subscriber Portal.
* The integration URL is prefilled. Change it only if you are certain it is correct: an incorrect URL will stop messages from being sent.
