The catalog includes reading, children’s, wellness, security, and video apps, which the provider resells to subscribers together with internet service. ## What the integration does The integration uses the PlayHub API. With it, Hubsoft handles: * Subscriber and product registration in PlayHub when the package is linked to an enabled service or when the service is enabled. * Product removal when the package is removed from the service. * Suspension and reactivation when the customer becomes delinquent or resumes payment, with the option **Enable/Suspend Subscriptions** enabled. * Registration lookup before each submission: if the product is already assigned to the customer, Hubsoft does not request it again; if it has already been removed, it does not request removal again. * Sending the registration email and mobile number, with the option to provide others in the package. * Updating registrations that already exist on the platform if the provider enables this option. PlayHub works with two product types: * **Traditional:** the subscriber receives exactly the apps sold by the provider. * **Subscriber portal:** the package includes a code with the number of choices, and the subscriber chooses the apps on the PlayHub portal. There are codes for standard services, premium services, and a dedicated code for Deezer. The app list for each code is available in the wiki. The initial login and password are based on registration data. By default, this is the subscriber's CPF or CNPJ; it can also be the authentication login, customer code, email, or phone number. ## What you need * A contract with PlayHub. * The api\_key and api\_secret provided by PlayHub. * The products combined with PlayHub, including their name, code, and description. Commercialization varies from provider to provider. ## How to activate 1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > Content Platforms, click Add, and select PlayHub. 2. Enter the api\_key and api\_secret and, if desired, the data used as the login. 3. Choose whether to use a single package, which unlocks everything, and enable the Enable/Suspend Subscriptions option. 4. Use Actions > Test to validate. 5. Under Actions > Products, register the products using the codes agreed upon with PlayHub. 6. Under Configuration > General > Packages, create the package with its price and tax composition and, on the Integration tab, choose PlayHub and the product. 7. Link the package to the customer's service or plan. Therefore, the package with integration must be assigned to only one customer plan. To charge the same amount on another plan, use an identical package without integration. * The customer can have only one multiple-choice product. Trying to add a second choice code causes an error in PlayHub. * Providers using the subscriber portal model must not register traditional products, or transmission will fail. * If the subscriber already has an active registration in PlayHub, Hubsoft does not overwrite their data unless updating is enabled. ## PlayHub and Hubsoft partnership PlayHub is a Hubsoft partner. In the integration, the user parameter defines the data used as the login and password. By default, this is the CPF or CNPJ. ### The package transmission failed. How can I find out why? Open the package Actions in the customer's service and click Error. The message shows what prevented transmission. If it is unclear, contact Hubsoft support. ### Can I provide PlayHub as a complimentary benefit? Yes. The package can have a zero value and be included in the plan as a benefit.
