# Hubsoft integration with Qualifica

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Qualifica to offer digital benefits in packages and bundles. The service package creates the subscriber’s access in Qualifica with a defined validity period, and delinquency suspends it.

## About Qualifica

Qualifica is a digital benefits hub—value-added services (SVAs)—for businesses that want to offer more to their customers. For the internet service provider (ISP), Qualifica plans are added as a benefit or an additional service to the internet plan, with codes such as pro and premium.

## What the integration does

The integration uses the Qualifica API. With it, Hubsoft performs the following:

* Registers the subscriber in Qualifica when the package is linked to an enabled service or when the service is enabled.
* Removes the subscriber when the package is removed from the service.
* Suspends and reactivates access when the customer becomes delinquent or resumes payment, with the enable and suspend toggle connected.
* Automatically generates the access token from the integration credentials.
* Sets the access expiration date for each subscriber. If left blank, Hubsoft sends a date one year after registration.
* Sets the subscriber’s username and password based on a registration field. By default, this is the authentication login; it can also be the CPF or CNPJ, customer code, email address, or phone number.

Packages can be sold separately, offered as a benefit, or included in bundles with the internet plan.

## What you need

* A contract with Qualifica.
* The client\_id and client\_secret provided by Qualifica.
* The code for each contracted product, shown in the Qualifica dashboard.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuração > Integrações > Plataformas de Conteúdo, click Adicionar, and select Qualifica.
2. Enter the client\_id and client\_secret and save. If the token is not generated, use Ações > Testar.
3. Turn on the enable and suspend toggle if desired.
4. Register the products using the exact code shown in the Qualifica dashboard.
5. In Configuração > Geral > Pacotes, create the package with its price and tax composition. Then, on the Integração tab, select Qualifica and the product.
6. Link the package to the customer’s service (Outras Opções > Pacotes > Adicionar Pacote) and, if desired, set the expiration date.

## Limitations

* The subscriber is identified by the customer code. Therefore, the package with integration must be assigned to only one of the customer’s plans. To charge the same amount on another plan, use an identical package without integration.
* An incorrect product code causes a transmission error.
* The package’s tax composition must be validated with the provider’s accounting team.

## Frequently asked questions

### How long does the subscriber have access?

Until the expiration date specified in the package. If left blank, Hubsoft sends a date one year after registration.

### Which username does the subscriber use in Qualifica?

The field selected in the integration. By default, it is the plan’s authentication login. If another field, such as the CPF, is selected, the username and password become that field’s value.

### Where can I find the product code?

In the Qualifica dashboard, in the list of contracted products. Register it in Hubsoft exactly as it appears there.
