# Hubsoft integration with SAPER X

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Saper X for fixed-line telephony (STFC). Numbers registered in Hubsoft become DIDs on the platform, follow the customer’s status, and have monthly usage added to the invoice.

Saper X provides voice, PABX, and softswitch services for providers. Through Hubsoft, providers register DID ranges, choose whether to accept collect calls, and bill monthly usage with call details.

## ABOUT SAPER X

Saper, known as Saper X, provides voice, PABX, and softswitch services for providers and operators. The SPX softswitch and multi-company PABX run on Saper’s own infrastructure. The company also maintains Saper Academy, offering technical training in voice operations, and promotes the idea that a provider’s relationship with telephony can be simpler.

## What the integration does

* **Synchronized plans:** Saper X plans are brought into Hubsoft through the integration screen.
* **Number registration by range:** the provider enters the starting and ending numbers, and Hubsoft creates all numbers in the range. You can also link IPs to a number.
* **Number management:** search by number or customer, filters by link and transmission status, counts of linked and available numbers, and bulk actions to delete or unlink.
* **Customer activation:** the agent chooses the plan and number in the customer’s service, and Hubsoft sends the registration to Saper X. On the platform, numbers (DIDs) are linked to circuits, and a circuit can have multiple DIDs.
* **DID rules:** the provider sets the DID price and whether the number accepts collect calls, is available for sale, and is reserved for DDR.
* **Blocking follows Hubsoft:** a number released in Hubsoft is released on the platform, and a number blocked in Hubsoft is blocked in Saper X.
* **Usage billing:** Hubsoft retrieves the month’s amounts from Saper X, identifies customers by their circuits, shows the cost per number, and generates invoices or entries.
* **Call details:** optional, with calls for the period displayed on the customer’s invoice.
* **Telephony invoice:** a parameter provides the customer number for issuing the telephony service invoice.

## Limitations

* The production IP is provided by Saper X. Changing this data without certainty may stop the integration.
* Hubsoft imports the amounts recorded in Saper X. If an amount is incorrect, the correction must be made on the platform.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I register multiple numbers at once?

Yes. Under Actions > Numbers, enter the starting and ending numbers of the range. If you registered an incorrect range, use Delete by Range.

### Does a delinquent subscriber lose the fixed line?

When the number is blocked in Hubsoft, the block is also sent to Saper X. When it is released in Hubsoft, the line works again.

### The customer’s telephony amount is incorrect. What should I do?

Hubsoft imports what is in Saper X. Check the usage with Saper X and process the billing again.
