In API V3, bank slips are registered, updated, and cleared without file exchanges, while the webhook reports each payment. Sicoob is a system of independent financial cooperatives. Each cooperative is independent and handles its own account opening and agreements. For cooperative ISPs, a Sicoob account covers bank slips, PIX, and automatic debit in Hubsoft. ## What the integration does * **Bank slips through API V3:** registration, return, due date changes, clearing, and amount reductions through the API. Registration takes place within 5 minutes after issuance. * **Webhook:** in V3, Sicoob notifies Hubsoft as soon as the bank slip or PIX payment is paid. * **Hybrid bank slip:** each registered bank slip receives a PIX QR Code linked to the key associated with the collection portfolio by the manager. * **CNAB 240 and 400:** file remittance and return. * **PIX with a due date:** QR Code and copy-and-paste code on the bank slip, in the Subscriber Portal, and in the Customer App, with paid payment checks every 8 minutes. * **Automatic debit:** remittance and return in versions 4, 5, and 6, for subscribers with a Sicoob account. ## What you need * A Sicoob account with a collection agreement. * Registration in the Sicoob Developers Portal and an application with the Bank Collection API V3 and, for PIX, the PIX API. When registering the application, Hubsoft can be indicated as the partner company. Without this option, you must send the public key of the digital certificate. * For the hybrid bank slip: ask the manager to link a PIX key to the collection portfolio. * Hubsoft's Financial Module, included in the license. ## How to activate 1. Under Settings > Finance > Collection Method, create the collection method with bank 756 - Bancoob and certify it through remittance and return. 2. In the Sicoob Developers Portal, create the application, select Bank Collection V3, and indicate Hubsoft as the partner. 3. In the API tab of the collection method, enable transmission and enter version v3 and the credentials under Extra Parameters. 4. For the hybrid bank slip, add the PIX parameter after the manager activates the feature. 5. Copy the webhook URL and register it under Actions > Webhook for the collection method. 6. For PIX, register Sicoob under Settings > Integrations > PIX and link it to the collection method. New integrations use V3. * Automatic debit only debits Sicoob accounts and works only through remittance and return. * When PIX is linked to the collection method, Hubsoft transmits PIX for all open bank slips. ## Frequently asked questions ### How long does it take to identify a paid PIX payment? Within 8 minutes, through the QR Code or the PIX copy-and-paste code. ### Do I need to indicate Hubsoft as a partner in the Developers Portal? It is not mandatory. If you do not indicate it, download the public certificate key under Settings > General > Digital Certificate and send it when registering the application. ### Does Sicoob automatic debit debit an account at another bank? No. A bank can only debit its own accounts. For a subscriber at another bank, use the bank slip or PIX.
