# Hubsoft integration with Skeelo

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Skeelo to offer e-books and audiobooks in packages and bundles. The package in the service activates the subscriber on Skeelo using their CPF and the cellphone number on file.

Skeelo is a reading app with e-books, audiobooks, minibooks, and comics. In Hubsoft, activation requires no credentials: Skeelo only needs to authorize the ISP server’s IP.

## About Skeelo

Skeelo is a reading app with e-books, audiobooks, minibooks, and comics. Users read or listen to new titles every month, included in the benefits plan of the company offering them or in a subscription. For an internet service provider (ISP), it is a reading benefit to include in the plan.

## What the integration does

The integration uses the Skeelo API. With it, Hubsoft handles:

* Registering the subscriber with Skeelo when the package is linked to the customer’s service, using their CPF, the product name, and the cellphone number with the country code.
* Removing the subscriber when the package is removed from the service.
* Using the phone number on the customer’s record. If the customer wants to use another number, it can be provided in the package.

Packages can be sold separately, offered as a benefit, or included in bundles with the internet plan.

## What you need

* A contract with Skeelo.
* The Hubsoft server’s IP sent to Skeelo so it can authorize the API. No parameters need to be entered in Hubsoft.
* The names of the products registered in Hubsoft and sent to Skeelo, which uses these names in the configuration.
* The phone number on the subscriber’s record or provided in the package.

## How to activate

1. Send the Hubsoft server’s IP to Skeelo.
2. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > Content Platforms, click Add, select Skeelo, and save.
3. Under Actions > Products, register the products by name.
4. Send Skeelo the names of the registered products.
5. Under Settings > General > Packages, create the package with its price and contents. On the Integration tab, select Skeelo and a product.
6. Link the package to the customer’s service (Other Options > Packages) or to the plan under Settings > General > Services/Plans.

## Limitations

* Each package supports only one Skeelo product.
* The product names in Hubsoft must match those provided to Skeelo.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need a token or password to integrate with Skeelo?

No. Skeelo authorizes the Hubsoft server’s IP for API access, and the integration is saved in Hubsoft without parameters.

### The customer wants to use another cellphone number on Skeelo. Is that possible?

Yes. Enter the number in the package linked to the service. Otherwise, the phone number on the customer’s record will be used.

### The package does not appear when I try to link it to the customer. Why?

The customer’s plan may have the Lock Packages option enabled. When it is enabled, only packages linked to that plan appear.
