It offers a solution for ISPs that helps providers evolve into mobile carriers, as well as a white-label carrier solution for brands. ## What the integration does Hubsoft has two Surf gateways. The provider uses the one corresponding to the contracted platform. **Surf Connect:** * **Plans queried by SIM card:** Surf Connect plans depend on the SIM card. When registering the line, the agent enters the area code and ICCID, and Hubsoft retrieves the plans available for that chip from Surf. * **Activation:** the agent selects the plan and saves it. Surf generates the number, and Hubsoft records it in the registration after transmission. * **Blocking and unblocking:** suspending and enabling the service in Hubsoft sends the request to Surf's transmission queue. With recurring billing active, the plan is also blocked or unblocked according to invoice payment. * **SIM card and account holder changes:** performed through the number's actions, without deleting the line. * **Number porting:** registered after activation through the number's actions. **Surf Pagtel:** * **Plan synchronization:** plans are brought into Hubsoft through the integration screen. * **Activation:** the agent selects the plan and area code and enters the ICCID. Surf generates the number. * **Primary line:** Surf Pagtel works with a primary line and additional lines. The agent marks the primary number, which is billed. * **Payment status:** once a day, Hubsoft tells Surf whether the customer's invoice has been paid. Surf handles blocking and unblocking based on this status. * **Number porting:** registered through the number's actions. In both gateways, Hubsoft checks porting status every hour, allows requiring one package per number to bill the line, and displays transmission errors in the MVNO Report. ## What you need * A contract with Surf and the authentication token, available on Surf's platform under API > Documentation. * Chips identified by ICCID. * Hubsoft plans that will receive lines, marked with the "Serviço Permite MVNO" option. ## How to activate 1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuração > Integrações > MVNO > Adicionar and select Surf Connect or Surf Pagtel. 2. Enter the token and save. 3. In Surf Pagtel, sync the plans under Ações > Planos > Sincronizar. In Surf Connect, plans appear in each line's registration. 4. Under Configuração > Geral > Serviços / Planos, select "Serviço Permite MVNO" for the plans that will have a mobile line. 5. In the customer's service, go to Outras Opções > Dados MVNO > Adicionar and enter the area code, ICCID, and plan. To cancel, suspend, or manually delete a plan, the provider must also notify Surf of the cancellation. * In Surf Pagtel, only one customer number can be marked as primary. * Surf Connect has no preconfigured plan list: plans depend on the entered ICCID. ## Frequently asked questions ### Which gateway should I choose? The one corresponding to the platform contracted with Surf. If in doubt, ask Surf whether your account is Surf Connect or Surf Pagtel. ### If the customer's service is suspended for nonpayment, is the line also suspended? In Surf Connect, yes: the suspension enters the blocking queue. In Surf Pagtel, Hubsoft sends the payment status once a day, and Surf blocks the line. ### Why doesn't Surf Connect show plans on the integration screen? Because plans depend on the SIM card. They appear in the line registration after the agent enters the ICCID.
