# Hubsoft integration with TelOS – ISPX

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with TelOS, ISPX's MVNO platform, to activate mobile lines as part of the customer's service. The top-up is sent from Hubsoft along with the subscriber's invoice, and service suspension blocks the line.

ISPX is a carrier based in Maringá (PR) that offers white-label mobile service for ISPs through the TelOS platform. In Hubsoft, the provider activates the line, requests number porting, and generates the top-up invoice.

## About TelOS – ISPX

ISPX Soluções em Telecomunicações is a carrier authorized by Anatel, headquartered in Maringá (PR), with its main data center there. It provides broadband, fixed-line, and mobile services, with its own fiber network in Paraná. For mobile service, ISPX offers a white-label solution that enables an internet service provider (ISP) to become a mobile carrier. TelOS is the platform Hubsoft uses to integrate with this service.

## What the integration does

* **Plan synchronization:** TelOS plans are brought into Hubsoft through the integration screen.
* **Line activation:** in the customer's service, the agent selects the plan and area code and enters the ICCID. The number is entered only for number porting.
* **Duplicate-free subscriber registration:** when the subscriber is registered for the first time, TelOS returns a code. For subsequent lines for the same customer, even on another service, Hubsoft reuses this code.
* **Number porting:** requested when the line is activated, with the number and donor carrier.
* **Top-up with invoice:** through the number's actions, the agent selects the top-up plan and enters the amount, service type, and due date. Hubsoft generates the invoice and sends the top-up to TelOS.
* **Plan change:** through the number's actions, without deleting and re-registering the line.
* **Blocking and unblocking:** when the customer's service is suspended or enabled in Hubsoft, the request is sent to TelOS's transmission queue.
* **Cancellation:** when the number or plan is deleted, the cancellation is sent to TelOS.
* **MVNO report:** lists services with TelOS lines and transmission errors.

## What you need

* A contract with ISPX and the TelOS API access details (API key, customer group, and checking account), provided by the platform itself.
* Chips identified by ICCID.
* Hubsoft plans that will receive lines, marked with the "Service Allows MVNO" option.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > MVNO > Add and select TelOS.
2. Enter the API key, customer group, and checking account.
3. Synchronize plans at Actions > Plans > Synchronize.
4. Under Configuration > General > Services / Plans, select "Service Allows MVNO" for the plans that will have a mobile line.
5. In the customer's service, go to Other Options > MVNO Data > Add, select the plan and area code, and enter the ICCID.

The step-by-step instructions with screenshots are on the [TelOS page in the Hubsoft wiki](https://wiki.hubsoft.com.br/pt-br/modulos/configuracao/integracao/mvno/telos).

## Limitations

* Number porting can only be requested when the line is activated.
* Every top-up made through Hubsoft generates an invoice for the subscriber.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I request number porting for the subscriber's number?

When activating the line. Enable the porting parameter and enter the number and donor carrier.

### How do I charge for a top-up?

Go to MVNO Data > Actions > Top-up, select the plan, and enter the amount, service type, and due date. Hubsoft generates the invoice and sends the top-up to TelOS.

### If the customer's service is suspended due to an outstanding balance, is the line also suspended?

Yes. Suspension in Hubsoft enters the transmission queue, and the block is sent to TelOS. When the service is enabled, the unblock request follows the same path.
