# Hubsoft integration with TGN

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with TGN to activate MVNO mobile lines in the customer's service. TGN generates the number, and suspensions or cancellations in Hubsoft are sent to the platform without rework in its panel.

## About TGN

TGN Brasil offers an MVNO platform, or mobile virtual network operator, with modules that automate controls for each stage of mobile operation management. The internet service provider (ISP) accesses the platform through the TGN portal.

## What the integration does

* **Plan synchronization:** TGN plans are brought into Hubsoft through the integration screen.
* **Line activation:** in the customer's service, the agent selects the plan and area code and enters the chip's ICCID. TGN generates the number, and Hubsoft displays it in the record after transmission.
* **Line contract:** when transmission is complete, Hubsoft records the contract provided by TGN on the number.
* **Number portability:** it is requested when the line is activated. Hubsoft sends the request and checks the status every hour.
* **SIM Card replacement:** after activation, the agent enters the new ICCID in the number's actions, without deleting the line or generating improper charges on the platform.
* **Blocking and unblocking:** when the customer's service is suspended or enabled in Hubsoft, the request goes to TGN's transmission queue.
* **Cancellation:** when the number or plan is deleted, the cancellation is sent to TGN.
* **Package-based billing:** the internet service provider (ISP) can require a package for each number to bill the line through Hubsoft.
* **MVNO report:** lists services with TGN lines and transmission errors.

## What you need

* A contract with TGN and API access credentials provided by TGN itself.
* Chips identified by ICCID.
* Hubsoft plans that will receive lines, marked with the "Service Allows MVNO" option.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > MVNO > Add and select TGN.
2. Enter the access credentials. To bill the lines through Hubsoft, mark the requirement to link a package.
3. Sync the plans under Actions > Plans > Synchronize.
4. Under Configuration > General > Services / Plans, mark "Service Allows MVNO" for plans that will have a mobile line.
5. In the customer's service, go to Other Options > MVNO Data > Add, select the plan and area code, and enter the ICCID.

## Limitations

* The number is not selected in the record: TGN generates it during activation.
* Number portability is requested when the line is activated.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need to enter the number when registering the line?

No. You only need the plan, area code, and ICCID. TGN generates the number, and Hubsoft displays it in the record after transmission.

### If the customer's service is suspended for nonpayment, is the line also suspended?

Yes. The suspension in Hubsoft enters the transmission queue, and the block is sent to TGN. When the service is enabled, the unblock request follows the same path.

### The subscriber's chip stopped working. Do I need to cancel the line?

No. Go to MVNO Data > Actions > Change SIM Card and enter the new ICCID. The number remains the same.
