# Hubsoft integration with Tysa

Hubsoft, the ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Tysa for fixed-line telephony (STFC). The number linked in Hubsoft becomes a SIP account in Tysa, and the month's usage is added to the invoice, with a minimum charge and call details if the provider wants them.

## About Tysa

Tysa is a telecommunications, regulatory, and software company serving operators. Its consulting services cover licenses, interconnection, numbering, DETRAF, and number portability with operators, Anatel, and ABR Telecom. Its software suite for operators includes SBC, SIP-I interconnection, billing, STIR/SHAKEN, and number portability.

## What the integration does

* **Standard plan:** plan synchronization creates the standard plan used to link numbers in the integration.
* **Subscriber SIP account:** each number linked to the customer's service is registered in Tysa. The provider defines whether the account is a regular account or SIP trunk and whether addressing is static or dynamic.
* **Line rules:** in the customer's service, you can define the SIP account password, call limit, line function (regular, key trunk, or DDR), and IP address when the line is a SIP trunk.
* **Usage billing:** Hubsoft retrieves the month's amounts from Tysa, displays the cost per number, and generates invoices or entries.
* **Minimum charge:** if the customer used less than the configured minimum, Hubsoft bills the minimum charge. The minimum can apply to the integration, a plan, or a customer.
* **Who is included in billing:** by default, only customers who made calls during the period. The provider can include all customers, exclude blocked customers, and exclude plan allowance amounts.
* **Call details:** optional, with the period's calls displayed on the customer's invoice.

## What you need

* A contract with Tysa and API access details (address, username, and password), provided by Tysa itself.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integration > STFC and click Add.
2. Enter the description, address, username, and password, then save.
3. Under Actions > Plans, click Synchronize Plans to create the standard plan.
4. In the customer's service, under Other Options > STFC Data, add the line parameters and number.
5. To bill, open Actions > Process/Bill, choose the entry type, month, and year, decide whether to include details, and load the processing.

## Limitations

* For a regular line, the IP address is fixed at 0.0.0.0\. The IP address is only entered for a SIP trunk line.
* Hubsoft imports the amounts recorded in Tysa. If an amount is incorrect, it must be corrected on the platform.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I charge a minimum fee for telephony?

Yes. Configure the minimum charge for the integration, a plan, or a customer. Customers who use less pay the minimum.

### Is a customer who made no calls during the month included in billing?

By default, no. To include all customers with a number, enable the option to bill all customers.

### I serve businesses with SIP trunks. Does the integration support them?

Yes. In the customer's service, set the account type to SIP trunk and enter the line's IP address.
