# Hubsoft integration with UPCHAT

Hubsoft, the ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with UPCHAT to send personalized, scheduled, and automated WhatsApp messages. Billing notices are triggered by Hubsoft rules through the UPCHAT channel selected in the integration.

## About UPCHAT

UPCHAT is a platform for internet service providers (ISPs) that centralizes support, CRM, voice, automations, artificial intelligence, and operations management. UPCHAT’s AI, Sofh.ia, provides support, qualifies leads, and guides plan sales through WhatsApp 24 hours a day, trained with the provider’s plans and commercial rules.

## What the integration does

* Sends personalized, scheduled, and automated messages on WhatsApp through UPCHAT.
* Triggers notices according to the SMS rules for the billing method: after the invoice is generated, before the due date, after the due date, or after payment.
* Uses the text written in the rule or SMS layout, with customer and invoice variables.
* Allows messages to be sent to a customer group filtered in the Customer Services report.
* Sends messages through the UPCHAT channel provided in the integration.

UPCHAT is also among the chatbot platforms that connect through the Hubsoft Official API, used by subscribers to request a duplicate bank slip (boleto), temporary service unblocking, and support without speaking to an agent.

## What you need

* An UPCHAT account.
* The production URL, the API token (apiKey), and the ID of the channel that will send the messages. This information is provided by the UPCHAT team.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > SMS/Messengers and click Add.
2. Select the UpChat gateway, enter the description, and provide the URL, token, and channel ID. Leave the Use HSM option disabled.
3. Under Actions > Test, validate the integration.
4. Configure the rules in the SMS tab for the billing method and the Send SMS routine under Settings > General > Routines.

## Limitations

* The integration does not yet send HSM templates because the UPCHAT API does not currently support this type of sending.

## Frequently asked questions

### Hubsoft showed that the message was sent successfully, but the customer did not receive it. Why?

Success means that the message reached UPCHAT. The final delivery is handled by the platform, so the case must be checked with UPCHAT.

### Where can I find the channel ID?

From the UPCHAT team, along with the integration URL and token.
