# Hubsoft integration with uTech

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with uTech to place collection calls through the PBX and call the subscriber with one click. Calls follow the collection rules and go to the dialing options registered in Hubsoft.

## About uTech

uTech is a national technology manufacturer that develops hardware and software for communication and security. It serves corporate, condominium, industrial, and government customers. Its solutions include the PBX, a private telephone system that distributes lines among extensions.

## What the integration does

* Places automatic collection calls according to the collection method rules: after the invoice is generated, before the due date, after the due date, or after payment.
* Sends the call to the dialing option registered in Hubsoft, using the extension configured in the PBX.
* Follows the integration’s time window, with a start time and cutoff time.
* Schedules calls for a group of customers filtered in the Customer Services report.
* **Click to Call:** the agent clicks the button in the customer record, Hubsoft calls the subscriber, and redirects the call to the agent’s extension.

## What you need

* uTech PBX.
* The PBX server address and its API access token.
* The extensions configured in the PBX and registered in Hubsoft.
* For Click to Call, each agent’s extension in the user parameters.

## How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > PBX and click Add.
2. Choose the Utech gateway, enter the description, and provide the server address, token, and start and end times.
3. In the integration, under Actions > Dialing > Add, enter the description and extension.
4. On the Call tab of the collection method, add the rules with the integration, dialing option, and days for sending, then create the Send / Place Phone Calls routine under Configuration > General > Routines.
5. For Click to Call, register the extension under Configuration > General > Users > Actions > Edit > Parameters.

## Limitations

* The integration sends calls through the dialing option. Hubsoft does not send audio.

## Frequently asked questions

### The Click to Call button does not appear. What could be the reason?

The Click to Call extension is missing from the user parameters. Once it is registered, the button appears in the customer record.

### A customer did not receive the collection call. Why?

The invoice may not match the sending rule, may use a different collection method, or the customer’s service or phone number may not allow call notifications.
