# Consult Center and Hubsoft: Serasa credit checks and negative listings through the ERP

Consult Center is Hubsoft’s partner for credit protection, the ERP for internet service providers (ISPs). Through this partnership, the ISP can check CPF and CNPJ records and add or remove negative listings with Serasa Experian without leaving Hubsoft.

## What the ISP gets

* ###  Check before you sell  
The ISP checks the CPF or CNPJ in Hubsoft, using Serasa products such as Concentre, Crednet, and a report with a score.
* ###  Create a negative listing from the bill  
The negative listing is created from the customer record, using the outstanding bills selected by the ISP.
* ###  Remove it when the customer pays  
Once the customer pays the negative-listed bill, Hubsoft removes the listing and transmits the removal request.

## How to get started

### Contract Consult Center  
Open an account with Consult Center and request the integration token.

### Register it in Hubsoft  
Under Settings > Integrations > Credit Protection, select Consult Center and enter the token.

### Sync the products  
Sync Consult Center products to enable credit checks and negative listings.

## About the partnership

Consult Center Tecnologia, founded in 2001, is an authorized Serasa Experian distributor. Through its system, companies can check CPF and CNPJ records, analyze credit, locate and report delinquent customers to Serasa.

Through its integration with Hubsoft, Consult Center connects to Serasa: Hubsoft sends the inquiry or negative listing request to Consult Center, which communicates with Serasa. When a subscriber pays the bill that led to the negative listing, Hubsoft places the listing in the removal queue and notifies the platform.
