How do I subscribe to Hubsoft?
The first step is to request a demo through the website or by calling 0800 887 1668. After the demo, you will receive a proposal outlining the project scope. Once the contract is signed, the implementation team will manage the migration, training, and transition to support.
Does Hubsoft charge per user?
No. Hubsoft does not charge based on the number of users or simultaneous logins, so your team can grow without increasing the cost of the system. The monthly fee is predictable, and technical support is included.
Which modules are included in the subscription?
The ERP’s core features are included, including customer service and work orders, financial management, invoicing, CRM, network management, FTTH mapping, inventory, automation, and BI dashboards. The customized Customer App and complementary solutions, such as Neutral Network, Dynamic Automation, and HubFrotas, are purchased separately.
How long does Hubsoft implementation take?
It depends on the implementation format (migration from a backup, spreadsheet import, or a new database), the source system, and how well the data is organized. The timeline is defined in the commercial proposal and aligned with the implementation team during the project kickoff meeting.
Can I migrate data from my current system?
In most cases, yes. Hubsoft has already migrated data from 30+ systems on the market, with 95% migration accuracy, and simulates the process in a test migration before the switchover. If you use spreadsheets or a custom-built system, your data can be imported via spreadsheet.
Is team training included?
Yes. Remote training on the core modules is part of the implementation, and Hub Academia offers courses on all modules, available 24 hours a day. Customized or in-person training can be purchased separately.
Can I host Hubsoft on my own server?
Yes. You can choose to host the system on local servers if you prefer to keep everything under internal control, or in the cloud for greater flexibility and scalability. In either option, Hubsoft is accessed through a browser from anywhere.
