Frequently asked questions
Does Hubsoft charge based on the number of users or simultaneous access?
No! At Hubsoft, we believe freedom should be non-negotiable. That’s why we don’t charge based on the number of users, simultaneous access, or any other limitation on your operations. Use the system however you prefer, without worrying about extra costs.
Do I need to buy extra modules to use all Hubsoft features?
Not for the core modules: BI, Inventory, FTTH Mapping, CRM, Finance, Customer Service and the other management features are already included in the contract at no extra cost. Some add-on modules, such as the white-label Customer App, Neutral Network, Fleet Management and Dynamic Automation, are purchased separately, depending on the ISP’s needs.
How does Hubsoft ensure a smooth migration for my ISP?
Hubsoft handles every detail of the migration, ensuring that your data is transferred accurately and securely. With more than 30 market systems already migrated and a 95% accuracy rate, our specialized team guides the process smoothly, without negatively impacting your operations.
Can I choose where to host the Hubsoft system?
Yes, you can choose the option that best meets your company’s needs. If you prefer to keep everything under your internal control, the internet service provider (ISP) can host the system on local servers; if you prefer the flexibility and scalability of the cloud, you can host it in the cloud.
