Hubsoft integration with Bequant
Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Bequant to synchronize plans and subscribers with the BQN network optimizer. Each online subscriber reaches BQN with their IPs and the plan's browsing policy, with no duplicate registration.

About Bequant
Bequant develops BQN, a network optimization and visibility platform for providers. BQN uses artificial intelligence to manage congestion and improve subscriber quality of experience. The platform also provides metrics by subscriber, application (DPI), and OLT access point or port, and supports network nodes of up to 400 Gbps.
What the integration does
Hubsoft communicates with the BQN REST API and maintains two synchronizations:
- Policies (browsing rules): each Hubsoft service becomes a policy in BQN, with its configured speed and burst. Each policy name is hubsoft_ followed by the service ID.
- Subscribers: online subscribers are sent to BQN with their IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and each subscriber's policy. The subscriber identifier in BQN is their authentication login.
How the routine works:
- Services with the "Usa RADIUS" option enabled are included in the synchronization.
- Services are synchronized every 6 hours, and subscribers every 10 minutes.
- Subscribers with customized browsing rules are excluded from synchronization.
- The execution is recorded under Utilitários > Logs, in the "Otimizador de Rede" file.
What you need
- BQN contracted directly from Bequant.
- A BQN user with access to the configuration panel.
- The BQN REST API enabled, with the port defined (default 3443).
- The Hubsoft server IP allowed as an API client.
- An API username and password for Hubsoft.
How to activate
- In BQN, open the REST API configuration under the Configuration menu and enable REST API Service. Check the port; the default is 3443.
- Under "Add a Client Entry," allow the Hubsoft server IP.
- Under "Add a User Entry," create the username and password that Hubsoft will use.
- In Hubsoft, under Configuração > Integrações > Otimizador de Rede, add Bequant with the URL, username, and password. Check whether the URL uses HTTPS and whether the port is correct.
- Use the Testar option to validate the credentials.
- Monitor the first synchronization under Utilitários > Logs > Otimizador de Rede.

Limitations
- Only services with "Usa RADIUS" enabled are synchronized.
- Subscribers with customized browsing rules are not sent to BQN.
- Changes are applied in the next routine cycle: within 6 hours for plans and within 10 minutes for subscribers.
