On the 30th, we hosted a livestream with Fellipe and Iasmin from the Development team to present two new features that will transform the customer experience and make ISP management easier.

The first is Prorated Calculation, which ensures fair charges when plans or services change by adjusting the amount according to actual usage — greater convenience and control for the ISP and the customer.

We also launched Technician on the Way, which allows customers to track the technician's journey to the service location in real time — providing greater transparency and confidence in the service.

These features reinforce our commitment to technology, agility, and more efficient management.
