Hubsoft at ABRINT 2026: Fleet Management, Multi-Company Operations, and the Future of ISPs
What were internet service providers (ISPs) looking for at ABRINT 2026? Real control and automation. Check out our complete event recap and see how the new Hubsoft platform features—from Fleet Management to Dynamic Automation—address the sector’s current challenges by centralizing processes and eliminating manual tasks to ensure business predictability.
ABRINT has always been an important space for presenting technology. For us, it is also an opportunity to listen to those who live the operation every day. During the three-day trade show, Hubsoft’s Booth G15 welcomed ISPs from different regions across the country. We spoke with growing companies, operations reviewing their internal processes, managers seeking greater predictability, and teams trying to scale without losing operational control.
ISPs’ realities vary. So do their challenges. Even so, many conversations reached the same conclusion: growing is not just about selling more. You also need to sustain your operation. That was the focus of our participation in ABRINT 2026.
The market has changed, and operations need to keep up
ISPs have grown in recent years. Operations have become larger. Management has also become more complex. Today, you need to deal with:
Rising operating costs, Integration between departments, Team productivity, Process organization, Financial predictability, and Customer experience.
In this scenario, an ERP needs to go beyond the basics. The system needs to help your operation run with greater control and less dependence on parallel processes. During the trade show, we presented Hubsoft platform enhancements specifically designed for this scenario.
Fleet Management:
One of the launches presented at ABRINT 2026 was the new Fleet Management module. An ISP’s operation depends on external teams all the time. Installations, technical support, maintenance, and network expansion all rely on company vehicles. Even so, many ISPs still manage this information outside their ERP. The new module was created to centralize this management.
In this first stage, the feature includes:
- Structured vehicle registration
- Centralized fleet information
- Vehicle reservations for operational teams
During the demonstrations at the booth, many managers commented on the difficulty of maintaining fleet control using spreadsheets and decentralized processes. Interest in the module arose primarily from the need to organize operations from the ground up.

Dynamic Automation:
Another topic that came up in many conversations during the trade show was operational productivity. As your operation grows, repetitive tasks begin to consume team time. This affects speed, organization, and execution capacity. Hubsoft’s Dynamic Automation was created to reduce this impact.
With automated workflows, the system executes operational processes that previously depended on manual activities. This helps your team focus on what requires analysis, decision-making, and relationship management. Many booth visitors reported that they still rely on manual actions at important stages of their operations. In several conversations, we saw a clear market movement toward automation without losing process control.
Neutral Network:
Expanding their reach remains a priority for many ISPs. But expansion also increases operational complexity. During ABRINT, we showed how Hubsoft, using Neutral Network operations, helps ISPs maintain centralized management when shared infrastructures are involved.
This makes it possible to expand operations without losing control of internal processes. Among the ISPs who visited the booth, many highlighted the need to grow more quickly without creating disconnected operations or increasing administrative rework.
Multi-Company
One of the major highlights of this edition was the Multi-Company module, developed to enable business groups to manage distinct operations within a single Hubsoft instance. The solution ensures complete data segregation and process independence while maintaining operational security across business units. With this feature, managers can centralize control of customers, work orders, service requests, and connection equipment, as well as manage the mapping and financial flow of each company individually. During conversations at the trade show, we noticed that this is an urgent need for ISPs seeking to expand their operations or operate with multiple companies, without the complexity of maintaining separate instances or disconnected processes.
What ISPs said during the trade show:
ABRINT was also an important opportunity to reconnect with customers and hear how the platform supports their daily operations.
Much of the feedback received during the three days reinforced points we consider essential to the platform’s development: operational organization, ease of use, and the ability to keep pace with an ISP’s growth.
Maiara Moreira, from Technet Fibra, commented on the operation’s experience with the platform:
"Everything we need is available in a single system. The interface is easy to understand, and the service is excellent; the people are very helpful... I have nothing but good things to say." — Maiara Moreira | Technet Fibra
Another testimonial that stood out during our participation came from Alam, from N4 Telecom:
“Hub came to add value 7 years ago and delivers a lot of solutions and quality. For an ISP that doesn’t have Hubsoft today, we use it, recommend it, and endorse it.” — Alam Aguiar | N4 Telecom
In addition to the customers who are already part of our journey, the trade show also brought us closer to new ISPs seeking to understand how to better structure their internal processes and gain greater operational control. ABRINT 2026 was also important for the connections built during the trade show.
We welcomed partners, strengthened relationships, and exchanged experiences with companies from different regions across the country. These conversations help guide the platform’s evolution and provide a practical view of the challenges ISPs face every day.
What we took away from ABRINT 2026
The trade show revealed a market that is more focused on operational efficiency. ISPs want to grow, but they also want greater control, integration between departments, and predictability.
At Hubsoft, we continue to evolve the platform with this focus. We build tools that keep pace with the evolution of an ISP’s operation and help your company grow with a solid structure.
See what is coming to the Hubsoft ecosystem in 2026. From asset control to scalability, we present Roadmap updates designed to bring greater security to your operation.
