Notazz and Hubsoft: service invoices issued in the ERP
Notazz is Hubsoft’s technology partner for issuing NFS-e, the ERP for internet service providers (ISPs). With this partnership, the provider issues service invoices from within Hubsoft and leaves communication with the city government to Notazz.

Notazz maintains each municipality’s standard. When the city government changes something, Notazz updates it; the provider does nothing in Hubsoft.

Bill and issue in the same system
The invoice is issued from Hubsoft when invoices are closed or on demand, and remains linked to the subscriber. No spreadsheets, no other dashboard.

Hubsoft support handles configuration in Hubsoft; Notazz handles the account, municipality, and issuance with the city government.
How to get started

Open your Notazz account
The Notazz team configures the company and the issuing municipality.

Copy the API Key
In the Notazz dashboard, go to Settings > Companies and copy the company token.

Activate it in Hubsoft
Paste the token and CNPJ into the NFS-e integration and register the return webhook in Notazz.
About the partnership
Notazz is a service invoice issuance platform that connects the company with the city government. Each municipality has its own NFS-e standard, and Notazz keeps these standards updated so invoices are always issued the same way.
Hubsoft integrated Notazz into Hubsoft’s Tax Invoice module. NFS-e is issued along with the invoice without leaving the system, and the PDF and XML are returned to the subscriber’s invoice. The partnership covers technology and support: both teams keep the integration running when a city government or API changes.

Questions about the Notazz partnership
Do I need to contract Notazz separately?
Yes. The account belongs to the provider and is contracted directly with Notazz. Hubsoft does not charge for the integration or broker the contract.
Does Notazz support my city government?
Notazz maintains the list of municipalities, which is available on its website. If yours is not listed, Hubsoft integrates with other NFS-e platforms.
Who should I contact when the invoice is not issued?
First, contact Hubsoft support, which will check the configuration and the integration response. If the issue is with the account or the city government, Notazz takes over.
