Hubsoft is an ERP system developed in 2016 within an internet service provider (ISP), designed exclusively to meet the needs of internet service providers (ISPs). “At the time, the available systems were inadequate and limited in terms of integration,” explains Antonio Modesto, director and partner at Hubsoft Brasil, from Santo Antônio do Monte, MG.
Together with Guilherme Couto, Modesto created software from scratch capable of addressing the gaps and specific demands of the ISP where they worked. Following the solution’s success, both left the company and founded Hubsoft, dedicating themselves entirely to the business. “At the end of 2017, we acquired our first beta client, and in 2018, we officially launched the product,” says Modesto. Today, Hubsoft serves more than 500 ISPs throughout Brazil.
The platform is modular and integrated, offering features such as customer service and work order management, routine and billing automation, customer data centralization, customizable CRM, analytical dashboards, inventory control, financial management, network mapping with geolocation, invoice issuance, and task organization. Focused on optimizing processes, increasing productivity, and ensuring centralized and efficient management, the system is entirely web-based.
In addition, Hubsoft provides apps for technicians and subscribers. The technician app facilitates activities such as work order execution and customer activation, while the subscriber app enables the issuance of duplicate bank slips (boletos), protocol submission, connection self-unblocking (in cases of nonpayment), data usage analysis, and diagnostics to identify connection problems.
To increase operational efficiency, Hubsoft offers advanced integrations such as payments via PIX, bank slip (boleto), and credit card; content platforms; NFSe; chatbot; OLT; radios; SVAs; PABX; WhatsApp bot; hotspot; STFC telephony; IPTV; FTTH/FTTx network mapping and monitoring; among others. “With our open API, any system can integrate with Hubsoft. Through our documentation, companies and developers can create solutions using Hubsoft data, bringing countless possibilities and advantages to businesses. Making the API available makes integration processes more dynamic and simplifies companies’ routines,” explains Modesto.
The solution is adapted to the sector’s specific requirements, such as integration with network equipment, management of additional products such as mobile and fixed-line telephony and streaming, as well as inventory control for equipment (ONUs) provided on loan at subscribers’ residences. The mobile apps also give field technicians greater agility.
Hubsoft is expanding its horizons and beginning its internationalization process, with support for different languages and currencies. “We already have clients who will test the platform, and soon we will have news about this expansion,” concludes Modesto.
