NFCom is coming to replace Models 21 and 22, changing how you issue invoices for telecommunications services.
Mandatory compliance begins on November 1, 2025, but the testing environment has been available since July 2024.
Why is this important for you?
- Everything digital: 100% electronic issuance and transmission, with no complications.
- Real-time monitoring by SEFAZ: greater security and lower risk of errors or tax blocks.
- National standardization: simplifies audits and accounting records.
What do you need to do?
- Be accredited with your state SEFAZ.
- Make sure your A1 digital certificate (e-CNPJ) is valid.
- Properly configure your issuing system (models, taxes, and accountants).
- Test in the homologation environment, ensuring everything works before the transition.
In addition to simplifying invoice issuance, NFCom enables greater integration with management systems, allowing you to track payments, manage tax contingencies, and automatically generate detailed reports. This helps your ISP identify optimization opportunities, reduce rework, and facilitate communication between administrative and finance teams. By preparing in advance, you also gain greater control over internal processes and avoid surprises during audits or inspections.
