Bank Slip (Boleto)
Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Ailos for bank slips (boletos) and automatic debit. The bank slip is sent to the bank via CNAB file or API, with the option to include PIX in the same document, and the payment is returned to settle the invoice.
Ailos is a credit union system. With Hubsoft, the ISP registers bank slips (boletos) via CNAB or the Ailos API, activates bank slips with PIX, and generates automatic debit.
Ailos is a credit union system. Banco Ailos operates through affiliated cooperatives, which open accounts and agreements for their members. For an ISP associated with an Ailos cooperative, the same account is used to issue bank slips and set up automatic debit for subscribers who also have an Ailos account.
The step-by-step guide with screenshots is available in the Hubsoft wiki: Ailos bank slip and Ailos automatic debit.
Not for registration. With the API enabled, Hubsoft transmits the bank slip, and it is registered with the bank within 5 minutes.
No. A bank can only debit accounts held with that bank. For subscribers with another bank, use the bank slip.
If the bank slip was registered via remittance, check whether the file was sent to and processed by Ailos. Without registration, the barcode will not accept payment.
The Hubsoft wiki recommends creating a new billing method for each certification, without editing the one already in use.
