Bank Slip (Boleto)

Hubsoft integration with Banrisul

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Banrisul for bank slips (boletos), hybrid bank slips, Pix, and Pix Automático. The bank slip is registered through the bank's API or CNAB, and payment returns to settle the invoice.

Banrisul is the public bank of Rio Grande do Sul. In Hubsoft, the ISP registers bank slips through the Banrisul API, collects payments via Pix and Pix Automático, and keeps the CNAB remittance option.

About Banrisul

Banrisul, the Bank of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, is a state-owned multiple-service bank. It operates in commercial banking, development, real estate lending, and financing, with a focus on the Southern Region. For ISPs with a Banrisul account, the same bank handles bank slips, Pix, and Pix Automático within Hubsoft.

What the integration does

The API, hybrid bank slip, Pix, and Pix Automático features are available starting with Hubsoft version 1.121.

  • Bank slip through the API: registration without a remittance file, within 5 minutes after issuance. For large billings, sending occurs in batches and may take longer.
  • Bank slip through CNAB 240 and 400: remittance and return in a file, for those who work with file exchanges.
  • Hybrid bank slip: Banrisul generates the Pix QR Code when the bank slip is registered. The subscriber pays using the barcode or Pix.
  • Pix: QR Code and copy-and-paste code on the bank slip or payment booklet, in the Subscriber Portal and Customer App. Registration, paid-payment inquiries, and cancellation are automatic, with verification every 8 minutes.
  • Pix Automático: the subscriber authorizes recurring payments once, using a QR Code generated in their registration, and subsequent monthly payments are debited on the agreed date, at any Brazilian bank.

What you need

  • A Banrisul account with a collection agreement.
  • For the bank slip API: the OAuth2 credentials and beneficiary code provided by Banrisul.
  • For Pix: Pix credentials and a Pix key, preferably a random one.
  • For the hybrid bank slip: the option enabled on the account, confirmed with the account manager.
  • Hubsoft Financial Module, included in the license.

How to activate

  1. Create the collection method under Configuração > Financeiro > Forma de Cobrança, select bank 041 - Banrisul, and enter the agreement details.
  2. For the API, edit the collection method, enable the API in the API tab, and enter the credentials in the Parâmetros tab.
  3. For the hybrid bank slip, add the Pix parameter to the collection method and configure payment notifications.
  4. For Pix and Pix Automático, register Banrisul under Configuração > Integrações > PIX with the credentials, Pix key, and financial cash account. For Pix Automático, also enter the branch, account, account type, minimum recurring amount, and retry policy.
  5. Test it under Ações > Testar and link the integration to the collection method.
  6. In the customer record, under the Pix Automático tab, add the service recurrence to generate the authorization QR Code.

The step-by-step guide with screenshots is available in the Hubsoft wiki: Banrisul bank slip and Banrisul Pix.

Limitations

  • The hybrid bank slip QR Code only appears on bank slips registered after activation.
  • When you link Pix to the collection method, Hubsoft transmits all open bank slips. Perform this step carefully.
  • Pix Automático does not apply a discount before the due date: the authorized amount is the invoice's full amount.
